I have been using the Bentley Hotel now for my business meetings (lunches, afternoon teas, dinners, etc) for about 1½ years, and without question the Bentley is at the top of the tree. The experience from the time you arrive, where the luggage is taken from the car, you are taken through to a peaceful lounge, then through to the... More

I had booked a champagne afternoon tea to meet with friends as I had had a very good stay here earlier this year. The service was excellent nothing was too much trouble - including taking lots of photos! The food was excellent and lots of it. Sandwiches tasty and cake too nice! We had a tea menu to choose from... More

I booked a room and dinner at the Bentley for my husbands birthday. We decided to go for the 10 course taster menu with the sommelier's wine choice for each course. A word of warning: do NOT share a bottle of champagne and then drink cocktails before the meal! We were struggling to keep up with the copious amounts of... More

If you would like to have a traditional nice cup of tea The Bentley could be recommended. Service was very good and the milieu and atmosphere very nice indeed.

While the ambiance was great, they need to hire more servers, and my fish was a bit dry.....

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
