I make every effort to get to Ronnie Scott's every time I am in London. It has never disappointed. They have the greatest line up of jazz musicians. Quite a crowded club, but vey organised and a great night out.

Ronnies is still he same old jazz hang out that it always was. Same food, same service and fortunately the same high quality of jazz performances. If you go here for the food then you're missing the point of it being there. Without Ronnie's acerbic wit it has lost a little of its glamour and quirkiness but it's about the... More

Went to Ronnie Scott's on Saturday and once again the experience was excellent. The music is always first rate and you cannot get a better atmosphere, the only thing why I did not give it a 5 star this time is the food was not as good as last time although it was nothing to complain about but just not... Whenever my husband and I have been to Ronnie Scott's for a concert we have always opted to have dinner there as well. The food has always been very good and there is a decent selection of wine (in addition to cocktails and other beverages). Food prices are not too bad considering this is central London and an iconic venue,... More

We went to see the Jason Marsalis quartet, who were excellent – the pianist was exceptional, and Jason Marsalis on the vibes made for an intriguing and unique sound. Marsalis himself was engaging, funny, and relentlessly cool. This was the first time we'd been to Ronnie Scott's – it's a very chic venue (prices to match) with a great atmosphere... More

I cannot remember a bad experience at this wonderful world-class venue. The talent of the artists that get to play at this elite establishment surpasses the normal fare at the average jazz club. The food and wine is excellent.

We were lured here and enjoyed the experience thoroughly. We shared two bottles of (French) Sancere white with a selection of snacks because we already had enjoyed traditional fish and chips before arrival to appreciate the music. The club was spacious and well lit with good view of the stage area from almost anywhere. We arrived an hour before the... More

Had a fantastic night with friends. Food was excellent, service was friendly and the session by Lucky Peterson was unforgettable. Would definitely go again.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
