An absolutely memorable experience. We treated ourselves to ten of Pied à Terre's finest courses. Each course demonstrating techniques, flavour combinations and skill only a restaurant of this quality could serve you. For us the duck course was the star of the show, beautifully cooked...More

Superb French cuisine. Expensive for sure, but in fact fairly good value for money given the oustanding quality. Would definitely deserve a second Michelin star in my opinion.

The menu is innovative and refreshing. I will never forget the "lips" stuffed with salmon--the amuse bouche. They look like bright red lips covered in wax, and they were delicious! I was hesitant to try the seabass cooked with its' scales on, as I thought...More

Invited here for lunch by our son and daughter-in-law. How lucky were we! Exceptional food for every course, the best chicken I've ever eaten and the cherry dessert is to die for. Won't wait to be invited again - we'll return anyway!

I had the discovery menu. It was a tasty adventure that ended with the most amazing deserts. Mario knows his wine and Yoann knew his food. Can’t wait to go back.

For my second visit in as many months, I decided on the vegetarian tasting menu (in view of the fact that one of my guests was vegetarian). What an absolute delight it was too; course after course of the most meticulously-crafted, delicious offerings, which combined...More

We had an absolutely brilliant vegetarian tasting menu with a different wine with each course chosen by the sommelier. The staff made us feel very valued and the knowledge of the sommelier was excellent. The flavours of the food and presentation was inspiring. The courses...More

I don't think this restaurant would be suitable for a 3 year old, its a bit on the serious side of eating as you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant and a meal could last a long time.

Located in Fitzrovia, the heart of the West End, Pied a Terre is one of the capital's most established fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants. Although established in 1991, it has been under the guidance of David Moore since 1998 and has gone on to gain some of the highest gastronomic awards and accolades possible. Beautifully appointed and radiating modest quality, the restaurant is charmingly intimate. As you expect, the service is professional yet discreet in order to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. For larger parties, the second floor private dining room seats up to 13 guests and comes with butler style service at no extra cost. Diners can also enjoy La Petite Chambre bar on the first floor for drinks and canapes or exclusive wine tasting events. The cuisine is both simple and inventive, with care and attention to detail as the focus. Combine this dining experience with the outstanding selection of wines, and you have a match made in heaven.
