A group of 5 of us went here on a Thursday evening for a birthday. We opted to have the Tasting menu with accompanying wine for £95. This roughly equates to one bottle of wine per course (6 courses). We had: Pan Seared Asparagus - This was fine nothing spectacular, not really much to the dish. Smoked Chicken Supreme -... More

We dinned here after the theatre as part of a package. The menu was very limited, but we all found something we could eat. The service was good and the food excellent. If they added a couple of other choices to the menu then it would get an excellent.

Not entirely sure how I feel about this place, as while I enjoyed the basement setting, mood lighting and clubby soundtrack it didn’t quite feel right to be sat there eating a curry – I am obviously a traditionalist at heart ! Cutting straight to the chase, this place is not cheap (even with a Taste Card) and, in my... More

My husband and I ate here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I'm so glad we did. It was magic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the food and drink were superb. Well within and worth the usual London price for dinner. Please go here! Loved it. Thank you... More

This Indian restaurant with a flair is right across the street from Her Majesty's Theatre and and a perfect place to make a 5:30 PM reservation for the 7:30 performance. The dining room is comfortably lit and a cozy table was given to us along with a helpful and attentive waiter. We purchased the three course pre theatre menu and... More

Went here today for post theatre dinner, and would defo return as a full paying customer rather then with a voucher. The theatre menu is small but the options me and my partner had were so so tasty and we enjoyed every bite! Highly recommend this restaurant as it's fairly priced, great food and very attentive service!

Calling in after seeing the post-theatre menu deal, I have to say the service from the start was 'a little cool'. On requesting the theatre menu we were questioned to the time...it was 10.20 the offer is 10-11. Our request for tap water was looked down on, we did go on to order cocktails. The food was fabulous and 2... More

We wanted to treat one of our senior staff member who was leaving - who was a fan of a curry! We chose this restaurant due to its high rating on Trip Advisor and were not let down at all. Very good atmosphere, friendly staff (who were also knowledgeable about food, sometimes a rare thing at Indian curry places!) and... More

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
