Walked past a couple of times and just couldn't resist going in. I'm so glad that I did! Delicious and fresh ice cream in so many flavours it's hard to pick only one. The staff is very friendly, and will allow you to taste if you're not sure which flavour you want but I only tasted one flavour and already... More

We passed by this Gelato shop on our way to Chalk Farm Tube station from Camden Market. It's like magnet tempting you to have a taste of the wonderful selection of ice cream. It was about 8 pm and the cones are still surprisingly fresh, crisp and crunchy. The gelato is such a treat and gives you a smile on... More

Like so many brought up in North London, Marine Ices was a bit of an institution. As a kid in the 70's, my parents would occasionally take my sister and myself to Marine Ices of an afternoon, my sister always plumping for chocolate, (boring!), and myself pistachio. The penultimate visit was at the original premises and the Pistachio was as... More

Don't let the prices put you off. This place does sundaes in style. Lots of ice cream and they don't go short on the toppings either, making it worth the £6+ you pay. Certainly go for the White Chocolate with its white choc chunks. I thought the Chocolate Ice Cream was a bit too rich. Lovely treat whatever the weather!

I booked the terrace room here for my cousins baby shower. The staff on duty were so helpful!!! They brought us everything we needed for our private little party, and cleaned up too. The terrace room is just beautiful too. A huge thank you to Lilly, Tilly, Sandra, Ben and Angelo. Also, the cakes, cookies, teas and coffees from here... More

I was looking for the old Marine Ices and was surprised to encounter what looked like a small counter on the street. The nice young woman said the old place shut down one and half years ago and they were now here serving only ice creams, coffee and cookies. The apparent smallness is deceptive -- they have capacious seating inside... More

Great flavours, nice seating and you can go in the upstairs room and feel like you're in an art painting! Try the waffles!
