Was very excited to visit here but felt price was high in comparison to level of food, I wouldn't say this was much higher up the scale compared to other two stars I've eaten in and as a three star you'd expect a huge step up but wasn't really blown away, saying that cheese trolley was amazing

Went here for lunch. Everything from service to food was super professional. Be sure to dress accordingly. A family was refused service for wearing sneakers and t-shirt (it's clearly mentioned that this is not allowed) but I can imagine it being a big bummer for them If you ask you can take a peek in the kitchen if they have... We arrived 1 our before our reservation on Wednesday night; however, the host arranged instanly with kind attitude. We ordered a 7-dish tastimg menu @ GBP175 each (excluded wine and services fee) and they are all extremely delicious using both black and white truffles on main course and dessert. As my first time here, overall impression was terrific except for... More

It is probably impossible to have a better restaurant experience. The food is a form of art with its presentation and ability to extract the essence of its flavour from every single ingredient. Moreover it's not pretentious or self indulgent and every course of the Menu Prestige was wonderfully satisfying. Then there are the wines. Chosen by James, the Sommelier,... More

Visited with my girlfriend as a 30th birthday present. The restaurant is pretty much faultless. Incredible food, lovely atmosphere and excellent service. We went for the A La Carte menu, which is officially three courses, but we ended up with at least six or seven! Thanks so much. We loved it.

a wonderful dining experience-the food is truly art. the space is beautiful and truly top notch food. I found the staff a bit stuffy and snobbish. I have been to many Michelin rated restaurants in UK and US and agree this is in the top ten.

This restaurant is one of the kind with the nicest staff and the greatest food. It is really tiny but small size makes you feel cozy and very comfortable. The most important thing : this place is not pretentious like many other 3 star restaurants. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful, we didn't fell rushed at all which is very... More

Small intimate dining room serving some of the best food London has to offer! Just wish I lived closer and had more special occasions so I could go more often.

We travelled to London to visit RGR which was on my list of places to dine! We booked 3 months beforehand and had a lovely lunch with fantastic service. Everything has already been said by previous reviewers. My 10 cents: We felt there were too many waiting staff for the size of the restaurant and our water was refilled before... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
