A very popular restaurant in Marylebone serving the delicious fish and chips. Always busy with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Every day is a good day with Friday full of expectation.

The fish here is amazingly fresh. They serve a range of different fish so you have a good choice. It's all very light and tasty. The batter is good and not too heavy or greasy. Or if you're feeling healthy they can steam any fish on the menu. The chips and other sides are good as well. This is excellent,... More

The restaurant is a traditional fish bar serving excellent quality freshly cooked food. Each night there is always a large que to get in. Very popular with the locals and seasoned business travelers who know where it is. When in town i generally get a meal here

A warm welcome, excellent service and very nice fish and chips is the easiest way to sum up this sit down chippy in west london. But I have to say its far from the best fish and chips ever and other chippys in London produce an equally good product. £12 for small fish and chips a slice of bread, some... More

Very casual, very basic, but the fish is fresh, the portions are generous, the service is pretty quick and the prices are low. Deep-fired feta cheese is always popular with our family - crispy and tasty. And being able to take your own wine keeps the bill right down.

Saw many positive reviews - being it was very close to our hotel, we decided to give it a try. One thing I should note: I don't know that it's been corrected, but the address that was listed during our trip was incorrect. If you find yourself in front of (at the time of our Oct 2015 trip) a closed... More

Fish and chips - one of the best - and garden peas - the best - and bring your own wine. You can't miss.

Called in with a Canadian friend who recommended the place. Superb. Great fresh fish, lovely crunchy batter. Nice crisp chips. Excellent service. Don't miss it on your next trip to Lindon.

The fish is so crispy! And the mashed peas are velvet-like! Just thinking about it makes me hungry again. The portions are HUGE, even their "small" fish is enough to leave you full and pleased. Food is served quite fast and service is very efficient. Good value for the area.

Great fish and chips, lots of different fish to choose from and not saturated in grease on the plate. Very busy spot but worth the occasional 10 min wait for table.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
