A friend recommended the place for us. We made a reservation earlier and our table was ready once we got there. Library themed restaurant is an exotic idea. Very quiet place. The staff were very friendly and helped us to pick from the menu. The lamb tasted really good! And the green cardamom brûlée is an excellent choice for dessert.

Four of us visited one Friday night. £264 (starters and mains, no desert with wine) you decide if that was pricey. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a nice table. Service was good but not great. The food was excellent, the portion size not large. This is not a curry house but elegant dining with an Indian taste. Non... More

We had the set lunch menu (with wine) as a group of 6 work colleagues. Lunch was three courses and a small appetiser - food was fantastic. Really tasty. Building was amazing - it used to be Westminster library and was a great setting. All in, well worth the money c £55 that included wine, coffee and tip. Highly recommended

A great location for a business lunch. There was a non spice option and I should have checked with my guests that they like that type of food. Service was fast and good quality. The food was very tasty and I will use again I have used the venue for breakfast and thoroughly recommend the breakfast beats other traditional breakfast... More

A wonderful setting which is something a bit special without being at all stuffy - lovely atmosphere. We had the January special 3 course menu and everything tasted fabulous at a very reasonable price. Would definitely go again. Friendly and attentive service. Spot on!

Hosted clients at Cinnamon Club - perfect, safe venue for business discussions. Charming dining space with library theme. Food is uniformly solid - fussy, dramatic delivery that is well-executed. Dining room was heaving w diners, mostly Westerners and Brits - no South Asians. Service was only OK; bit slow. Took quite a while to be served in the bar prior... More

We enjoyed a wonderful meal on New Year's Eve. The prix fixe menu had excellent options. The flavors were unique, restrained, and worked harmoniously throughout the meal. Service was excellent. The wine list was high quality and comprehensive without being overwhelming. We hope to return again soon!

An excellent meal very delicately presented and spiced. The atmosphere was good despite that fact that there were not many people eating that day and in fact we were the last to leave (not that we were being pushed). This was a business lunch with colleagues and I would highly recommend it. Good welcome and friendly, attentive service.

I don't really know where to start on this one... Cinnamon Club has become a family favourite, despite not being London residents, due to its amazing menu, gorgeous and convenient setting, and great service. It's hard to criticise the food, which clearly has thought and consideration behind it. Dishes are well balanced, decently sized and perfectly cooked, whilst maintaining a... More

We visited on the recommendation of a friend as a treat for a special birthday. It was a bit on the pricey side (the tasting menu was £85 before you add wine, which is quite steep) but was nonetheless a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and the food was out of this world. I'd recommend the... More

Challenging the notion that Indian cuisine can only be created using age-old recipes and ideas, The Cinnamon Club demonstrates how evolution and adaptation can create a new chapter in gourmet excellence. Housed in the Grade II listed former Westminster Library, a stone’s throw from London’s Westminster Abbey, The Cinnamon Club’s neo-colonial feel fits perfectly with its distinctive style of Indian haute cuisine.

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
