Delighted by the terrific energy, wonderful hospitality and general fantasticness of this Italian restaurant. We arrived just as the business lunch was being served and got to see many of our choices go by. We ordered based on pointing and asking - what's that? Tuna...More

The restaurant is great. Fantastic food. I really enjoyed. I didn't like the place they point us to sit and the general service.

Great service -- knowledgeable and there when we needed them but not pushy or hovering. Food was better than expected - not too heavy. And definitely the best value we had during our entire London stay this time. We will be back.

This is a very good Italian where I've been at different times over the years, and the standard has remained spot on. It's been a few years since I was last hear but I was pleased to see that the prices have not gone orbital,...More

We ate dinner there with friends, we all enjoyed the meal and the genuine Italian feel to the restaurant. A great location just off St. James square. Would happily eat there again.

Looking for an outside seating area on one of this month's rare fine days, and not being in an obvious restaurant area, we just stumbled on Al Duca. Empty outside tables didn't auger well, but we went in and asked if we could sit outside....More

We have been occasional diners here for over 12 years, and it remains good value only a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, with unexceptional but good and varied Italian dishes and excellent, friendly service, and -- unusually for this part of town -- a reasonable...More

Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII,
the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier

Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which
indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the
establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during
a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s

As far as I know they do not offer Children's menu but no doubt one can ask for sharing plates or half/appetizer portions. Hope you will enjoy.

"Opened by leading restaurateur Claudio Pulze in 1999, Al Duca remains one of the most popular eateries in the chic St James' area. Located between Piccadilly Circus and Green Park; this authentic Italian restaurant is ideal for business lunches, pre-theatre dinners and full-on feasts for the whole family. The interior is a comfortably stylish mix of light wood, crisp white linen and wall-mounted wine racks; while the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. Al Duca's menu features classic dishes like beef carpaccio with rocket and parmesan; roasted leg of rabbit with polenta; and delicious pastas like their homemade ravioli with pheasant and rosemary. For dessert, we recommend the vanilla pannacotta with a glass of something smooth from their extensive Italian wine list. "
