Went to South Kensington outlet and loved the earl grey milk tea there. Yes, it is not as thick and rich as the other boba place, but I appreciate the authentic taste of tea and milk. Also like the cute interior design of the store.More

Hi there! Thank you so much for appreciating what we'r edoing. =) Yes it can't be as thick/creamy/rich as other places as we are freshly brewing loose leaf tea and using fresh organic milk. But we try our best to make it taste nice and...More
Tried this highly-rated milk tea store in London yesterday and was extremely disappointed. It wasn’t creamy or rich like the milk tea I was used to. It wasn’t flavorful or fragrant. The pearls they used are also bland and lacked brown sugar. I would rather...More
Hi Christine Our milk tea is very different from milk tea from other bubble tea shops. Other shops use tea that is batch/bulk brewed, whereas we only freshly brew your cup of tea after you order. And we also don't use powdered creamer, instead we...More

It was our first night in London after a LONG trip and we chose this spot after having dinner nearby. My husband wanted boba and I really didnt think there would be as many boba places as we found. We read from the managers response...More
Hi Raacquel Sorry to hear you didn't like it. We've shared this feedback with the in-store team and will investigate what went wrong Nick
We dropped in and tried some of their bubble tea with the "pop" bubbles. I tried the Passion Fruit with Pop Peach, which was very good and refreshing on the warm day we had in London.
Aw thank you so much for the kind words Dr-Ing-Dchen! =) We look forward to having you back
Very good tea with boba (tapioca pearls). Went there in the summer for tea with pearls, no milk. The tea was flavorful; ordered with lowest sugar or no extra sugar. The pearls were just right that day, meaning not firm and not mushy. Hope they...More
Thank you Robert! =)
On a warm August afternoon, we were thirsty from a big Sunday roast, so we decided to get some milktea. Through recommendations on Google, we made a trek across town to give Biju a try. The space itself is very cute: multi-tiered platforms along each...More
Hi David Thanks for your review! I responded to you via public comment on Yelp yesterday too.. but checking it now.. it seems to have disappeared! Not sure what happened there, but I've informed Yelp Did you see my response? =s Do feel free to...More
Adorable place to drink bubble tea in and escape the city crowd. I ordered the earl grey milk tea with tapioca pearls, which was served really quickly. Taste-wise, if you’re looking for a less-sweet/flavourful milk tea, this would suit your palate perfectly as it did...More
Hi Paulyn, we have purposely decided not to ask all our customers whether they'd like more/less ice, or sugar. But customers are more than free to let us know! We believe it makes things simpler, as there's already too many questions/choices to be made when...More
I've had their fruity bubble tea on a number of occasions, from this branch and from their stall in Westfields in White City. I've never tried their milk tea so can't comment on that, but their fruit teas and popping fruits are yummy. Reading through...More
Thank you!!
I ordered a peach ice tea with lychee popping bubbles and it took 10 min to be made because the staff kept confusing the drink and ended up giving me a green tea ( i think ? ) which was really bitter and unenjoyable. Don’t...More
Hi Rose Our Peach Iced Tea is made with real freshly brewed green tea as a base, and will be slightly bitter. If you were wrongly handed a different drink, such as a pure Iced Green Tea though, and that was not what you ordered,...More
