I came back for the second time in about 2 years and decided to leave a review this time. I was happy both times I visited and can recommend this restaurant to any traveller with a bit of time and need for a decent meal...while waiting in London Heathrow. I like the Fish & Chips very much and the price is perfectly alright, especially at an airport. Including something to drink and tip I payed around £22-25. The fish and the chips were freshly prepared, flaky on the inside and crispy on the outside, not too greasy as well. All in all I would always come back when I’m back in Heathrow.More

Stopted in for a full English Breakfast of sausages, eggs, tomatoes, chips, beans and Black pudding along with a good draft beer, between flights. Nothing like it to fortify me before a long flight with boring air plane food and nasty bottled wine, well worth...the price. TIP: Two pints and a hearty meal make you sleep really well on transcontinental flights. Thanks for reading. would appreciate a thumbs up if you’ve found this helpfulMore

Went early in the morning for a quick breakfast - not exactly the portions you'd get normally in London as other reviewers point out, but personally it's not such a bad thing. The service was cheerful and quick which is exactly what you need when...you're short on time and need to catch your flight. It is nice to have friendly staff when you're very tired after waking up at 4am. I've been a few times and it's probably my go-to when I'm in this terminal, since it's one of the few proper sit-down places that does decent food that isn't a complete rip-off.More

Travelling through Heathrow last week I thought the London’s Pride looked nice so went in for breakfast. Shown to a table promptly order taken for a Caffe Latte and Full English. Table was clean and well spaced and service was good. Coffee was OK, after...a suitable short wait breakfast arrived and looked good. Eggs fine, sausage nice, bacon ok but my goodness the black pudding was nasty nothing like anything I’ve had before ...the only positive was, it was black! Then I discovered a flat round object dark brown in colour, then I realised it a mushroom but looked and tasted as though it had been prised off the chefs boot before cooking. So to summarise, a nice environment and good service but if having the breakfast substitute the black pudding and mushroom for something else ..... anything!More

£22 for two toasted small sandwiches and coffees with service added to the bill without a choice. Not good. And no the coffees weren’t large and certainly not bottomless.More

At T2 Heathrow before flying out for 6 months with work , I decided to visit my favourite Pint Pub ( London Pride ) . The Ale was excellent - the Sunday Roast was abysmal . 3 slices of machine cut beef that must have...been thinner then a fair on your head, 1 slice had been left out for too long and the sides were curling . 3 small roasted potatoes , Burnt and gone to air parsnips. The carrots that were also burnt and must have been 2 days old . That was it for Veg. Potato , parsnip and carrot . Oh I forgot the cauliflower cheese that I didn’t eat . Basically the Sunday roast was disappointing , over priced and over cooked . The only compliment I can pay was the Yorkshire Pudding ( that was really good ) . The pint was fantastic , clean glass and fresh . I would stick to brewing as your chefs can’t cook !!More

I've been to many airport bars and restaurants they are soulless generic places and the staff don't really bother because of the quick turnover of custom (I don't blame them not easy looking after usually stressed ,tired and grumpy travellers.I went in here on a...Monday lunchtime and was seated beside the till so could see and hear the staffs interaction with each other and customers .It was a delight they were all so friendly and above all Professionals at their jobs.Special mention to the woman with the visor at the entrance who showed me to my seat I seen her putting older customers at ease in these crappy times, she was a gem also the young English girl who kept my Heineken coming ,but they were all hardworking and brilliant.Felt really at ease .Thanks guys. The 5 stars are for the staffMore

This is not a great place to stay for 8 nights!! It is on the direct flight path therefore it is geared up for only people staying 1 or 2 nights.
