Hiya Gandhi316, Thank you so much for your amazing review, Adam and Beatrice would be delighted to hear about the experience you had whist you visited, We all really appreciate it as a team :) Kindest Regards K.Jaswal
Travelling a lot for work - I have been to ALOT of airport drink/eatery’s and therefore have stopped at this gastro pub many a time. It is my first choice when travelling through terminal 2. Being an airport pub, it is obviously going to be...busy as there is a quick turn of customers on their adventures. HOWEVER - unlike many - once inside the confides of the barrier - you seem away from the hustle and bustle, almost forgetting you are in an airport at all - apart from the luggage around the tables :). Great selection of food and drinks, always served promptly and with a smile. I am happy to see that in my most recent trip early December the place has had a makeover since my last visit, was starting to see the wear and tear of constant use. Greeted by Carl, was made to feel very welcome and happily moved us to another table on request so that we could do some therapeutic airport people watching as we enjoyed our pre flight breakfast and pint!! Keep up the good work to all the team - looking forward to my next transit from Terminal 2 for my next visit!More

One of the worst experiences ever. Terrible service. Aggressive server demanding tip for awful service. Should be fired. And unsafe food handling.
Hi Travelsleuth1961, please could you email direct as im very concerned by your comments regarding food safety and aggressive service. londonspride.manager@fullers.co.uk Kindest R.Moore
The Red Pepper Hummus was possibly a health code violation. The Cauliflower bites with mango were acceptable. The mango bits didn't seem to add much flavour or presentation. I did also have some English tea which was fine and a Guinness which was standard. Those...can't really be messed up. The service was quick and the staff was pleasant. That is the only reason for such a high score of two stars. I did bring the issue to the attention of the staff. She was mildly apologetic. I did assure her that it wasn't her fault. That was the end of the interaction. I just wanted to get out. The hummus had a puddle of liquid in it that was either oil or water. Once I spotted it, I felt sick and could not touch any more of it. See the photo . The Pita with it was okay. As a business, I suspect the only positive thing is the location. I could never eat here again. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.More
Hi Imkipay, Sorry to read that you didnt enjoy your food on this occasion. We do serve olive oil on top of the humous in a little well, this is a very tradional way of serving humous it will most definatley not make you sick...More
The staff were on the ball. Asking if you wanted another drink before you were finished the last one and were unbelievably polite and courteous. The food 🤢 I chose the one Freddie Mercury would choose & it came out within two minutes. Basically greasy...rice with hard pieces which I nearly broke my teeth on! My bill came to £40 for three beers and the disgusting food.More

Dreadful for vegans, ordered the spinach curry which was supposed to come with wild rice but came with white basmati rice. The potion was tiny and smaller than a starter. The other meals looked fine , just don't care about vegansMore

I have to make an official complaint about one of your managers on Heathrow Airport- Avio. He was so rude to me and my friend. Even behalf of him staff members apologised. He was like if he wants he won’t let us aboard the flight....The only issue was he let my friend in and have there is no food as restaurant is closed. On the other side he was putting on his staff members, that it’s their mistake to let us in even the food was finished. He also asked for our ethnicity which was so racial of him to ask. He used ‘F’ word to us. He tried to call security and literally said he won’t let us to aboard the flight. Nonetheless, if this is what your customer service is, we are feeling so sorry for it.More
Hi rythem s, we have direct messaged you regarding your review/comments. R.Moore
The manager was so helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable after an exceptionally long flight from Australia and gave us a great start to our holiday. Definitely recommend stopping in to this establishment for a meal or...a drink if you passing through Heathrow.More
Hi Jayjonesy Thank you for the great review, We're really glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience at London's Pride
What a fabulous place, food us good, service is good, lovely staff. I will be here again, great start to a holiday.
Thank you so much for the amazing feedback :)
I was going to get a drink at the bar and joined the back of a queue of about 15 people. There were 11 tables free, but not one of the staff showed any interest in taking people to tables. After about 10mins I got...fed up and wandered down the side to ask one of the staff what the issue was. I was told "someone will be there soon". Didn't happen so I walked away. Went back about 10mins later and someone was taking 4 people to a table. Once seated he walked away towards the bar and was chatting to some without a care in the world. No one else took his place and everyone was waiting again, still with loads of table available. With out a doubt, he most ignorant staff I have had the misfortune to (almost) deal with.More
Hi ho55man, sorry to hear of your experience. we had an issue on Thursday during service which meant we had to put the kitchen in to a low risk mode due to something out of our control this took us some time to stabilise and...More
I left this restaurant feeling disgusted in myself for eating the food. The food was cold, we had to ask for cutlery, the staff were a mix of very friendly or extremely rude and the service was slow and needed reminding about our orders. Do...yourself a favour and buy a sandwich from wh Smith....it will be 100 x better and much cheaper.More

Have eaten here in the past so opted to do so again when we had an early flight out of Heathrow. Although the breakfast was fine, it is considerably more expensive than other options in the terminal. The staff had a distinct lack of interest...in serving us with an attitude of "I would rather be somewhere else". Also tried to load the bill with items we didn't have. We won't be eating here again.More
Hi JVPG, Please could you contact me direct to discuss your comments. also with your comments of loading the bill with items you didnt have? we use automated pos ordering system so anything ordered would of come to your table so if a mistake was...More
Twice a year we catch the late flight from Terminal 2 to Athens, and have increasingly reluctantly popped into London's Pride (a joke surely?) for a couple of final pints of decent beer before enduring weeks of "yellow fizz". On arrival at London's Pride (ha...ha!) this time we asked by staff if we intended eating or just drinking. Since we only wanted a drink, we were directed to a row of uncleaned (and indeed unclean!) tables along the side walls level with the bar. We moved from the first table due to finding ourselves paddling in a pool of spilled beer (or whatever?) to find one which was at least dry underfoot. To add insult to injury, not very long after we'd managed to get settled down, it was announced they were closing at (I think?) 9.00pm. Why to Fuller's (now owned by Asahi) put there name to this place? I'm far too polite to repeat the description I used on "social media" - but you get my drift. But why did I mark it as merely "poor" instead of "terrible"? The beer selection and quality happened to be very good!More
Hi DaveE6, Glad you enjoyed our extensive beer range, as to your other comments i look in to this further; we normally close around (.30pm as last flights all say go to gate at this time of night, are you sure last orders wasn't called?...More
I spend few hours in, had breakfast and coffee and after few pints, proper beers 🍻. Very busy environment, maybe few good hundreds off people have come in the period I stayed there. I’m realising that for every single bad review probably was thousands of...people who had a great time, great service and way more then British pub average food.More
hi, Thank you for your feedback and your comments are truly accurate we serve over 7000 people a week if only we had every good time review us :)
Our lunch at LHR’s was a big disappointment at London’s Pride. Our meal was way overpriced for the quality of the food, a ham and cheese sandwich was £10 with a handful of chips. I’ve had better sandwiches at a gas station or vending machine....My brother ordered the chicken and chorizo sandwich, also a disappointment - tasteless chicken salad ground into an unrecognizable pulp. My daughters avocado toast was running and mushy. This place is nothing for London to be proud of.More
Hi, we have issues with our bread supplier normally sandwiches served are well received. thank you for taking the time to feedback and we will share with the kitchen team
