The pub is well located on the high street, near to shops and stations.
It is a pleasantly appointed shabby chic pub - more shabby than chic. It gives the impression that a good clean wouldn't come amiss.

Good atmosphere with lovely roof terrace. A shame then that apart from the second bar not being opened thereby necessitating horrendous queues at the bar,a friend and o ordered 2 chicken wings starters which were 90% batter. Won't be going back there.
