We stopped here on a pub crawl. It's on the opposite side of the Thames to the Mayflower, but the Overground train drops you in Rotherhithe and close to the Mayflower. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Well behaved clientele, mainly locals I suspect....More

This is a lovely friendly old pub with a pretty riverside terrace less than 10 mins walk from Tower Bridge. It has well kept beer and flowers which made it a perfect place to stop off at walking the Thames Path.
