There are 3 different ways to order, all of them stupid. The tables are too close together, which wouldn't be a problem were it not for way of ordering number 3, which is stupid. The burger is however delicious, as are the fries and the sauces. The sauces are really very good: tomatillo, chipotle and Grillshack sauce are all fiery, punchy, distinguishable loveliness. Bacon Cheeseburger, fries & two beers comes to £14.40 there's no service charge and I don't know how you would pay it evenif there was because the ordering system is so stupid. I now read that Grillshack has closed. Probably because their ordering system was so stupid.

Why has this place closed? As I remember, they were nicely busy the few times I went there, with great food and a good vibe. A real shame! Especially as I tried to go there yesterday...

This place is what it is, decent place with decent burgers, staff are friendly and decor is retro and fitting of the soho location. The burgers won't blow you away like at Burger and Lobster, but they will leave you full. I'd like to try...More

I love this place! I go quite regularly. It's cheap and cheerful and really reasonably priced. Service is always friendly and helpful and you don't feel pushed to leave. Steak is yummy!

First waitress told us there was a 10 minute wait, but soon after, we were met with a man who told us there was no chance of getting any food that evening at all - this was just before 9PM - because of the backlog...More

I ended up at the grill shack by chance - I had business nearby and had to find some dinner. Place looked attractive and clean so I entered. It was not busy at 5pm so service was quite fast. I've ordered "The messy" burger and...More
