我們叫了一個湯,Hot and Sour Soup (vegetarian version)。除了因為這酸辣湯有素食版之外,因為外國人喜歡飲,而且這是大部份的中餐廳都熱賣的產品,應該不會大出錯。的確,這是是日午餐中,最能夠令我們接受的一份食品。 Mixed Vegetable in Black Bean source Rice,豉汁炒雜菜。 Stay away from...Bamboo Basket in Westfield, London".....可想而知..............More

Terrible food based on what I ordered. Shrimp dumplings were luke warm and tasteless. Fried salt and chili squid was like eating a heap of battered rubber bands. A total waste of £8.

I often grab lunch here when I'm in Westfield. The food comes out quickly, the portions are great and given it's a shopping centre food court rather than a restaurant- it ticks all the boxes. I recommend the king prawn noodles.

They give you a buzzing device, so you can sit on your table and collect your food when it is ready. It did not take long at all. The food was very tasty and a generous size. I'm truly impressed!

Food was excellent - we had chicken with black bean sauce and king prawn fried rice. It was pricey - being at a rate they wouldn't get away with on the high street. However what ruined it all and made us both feel nauseous was...the fact that both our drinks classes had lipstick and other marks in them. It wasn't really feasible to take them back as the queues were huge and we would have lost the table we spent 10 minutes looking for. Buck your ideas up and achieve true quality bamboo basketMore

I took the vegetables noodles and it just taste like oil. No taste at all, no spices. And frozen vegetables. Very disappointed.

Whenever I go to Weetfield Shopping Center I know the only place is Bamboo Basket which won’t mislead me. No Mayer how busy it is, food comes fast, noodles are delicious.

My wife and I were in Westfield today and couldn't decide what to eat. We went for Bamboo Basket because there was seating nearby and the service counter looked busy and we thought it was because it was popular. I had the special noodles and...they were greasy, hard and partly burnt. I had to add chilli sauce to give it some flavour. We also had some dim sum which were cold and stuck to the paper. My wife had some ramen with dumplings which were awful. The liquid was cold and tasted like cabbage water, the noodles were overcooked and soggy, the dumplings were hard. As I waited at the counter for the food the dim sum sat for over ten minutes as they waited for the other items. I haven't been this disappointed in a restaurant for a long time. The service was non existent. I could have been talking to a robot. Next time we are in Westfield we will grab a sandwich from somewhere else.More

Me and mum were in Westfield for the day, we decided to stop around noon for some lunch. Saw this place in the little food court and thought we would try something. We ordered the chicken noodle soup, which looked lovely in the picture on...the counter, but when it came out, we were disappointed. A huge bowl, yes, but full of weak soup water, noodles and some cooked chicken on top. The chicken itself was lovely, on the top, but the rest was inedible really. We were expecting thick, chunky, wholesome soup but it wasn't and it was a let down. £9 a bowl we paid and it was for basically some cooked chicken we picked off the top. I will never eat at this place againMore

The supposedly 'rice in claypot with shitake mushrooms' was boiled rice with a bit of soy sauce and mushrooms served on a white plate; no claypot near in sight!! False advertising!! The food was tasteless, oily and the dimsum tasted old. Will not go anywhere...near this eatery ever again.More

Kira was rude and had a lot of attitude. I would not come back here purely based on the service. I used to come here weekly for 3 years but I will never give them anymore business ever again.

I came here on a Saturday at around 4pm. Their food stall looked attractive as it also served dim sums and many traditional Chinese dishes. I already had lunch so I just ordered a Chicken Curry rice and a can of coke. Unfortunately, the food...was disgusting. Their curry sauce was the worst curry sauce I've eaten in my life. It wasn't curry sauce, instead, it was a thick sweeten powder that looked like curry sauce. The chicken coated in the thick fake curry sauce didn't taste like real chicken either. It tasted like tofu instead. The coke was also served warm instead of cold. All together cost £10.00. The staff (the guy in picture) didn't have any manner too. I asked for a tissue, waited for 1 minute and he just dumped it onto my tray without saying a word and pulled a long face. (I did say please and thank you). I've always not been a big fan of Chinese food but am very experienced eating Chinese food. In my opinion, Bamboo Basket probably does the worst Chinese food in London. Don't go to Bamboo Basket unless you're desperate for bad Chinese food at Westfield. Highly NOT recommended!More

Very disappointing meal!!!! The noodles in the beef soup tasted plain. The worst one was the "Deep Fried squid with salt & pepper",It was like eating rubber, without pepper. They also did not give me my receipt! Avoid this place !
