Being a loyal customer of several GAIL's branches for over two years, I went out of my way to find a branch close to where I was working in July 2017, which was the Exmouth Market one. I had the most appalling experience where I...More

Delicious breakfast in perfect surroundings and fantastic value for money. I had Maple Bacon on French Toast and Marcus had streaky bacon with scrambled egg on toast. Perfection.

Exceptional bread varieties. Rather relaxing place for a Sunday breakfast/brunch as well. Coffee pretty decent. Will definitely visit again

The customer service has dramatically changed from a few months ago. Staff are rude and don't care about customers. There was an issue with one of our drinks and instead of an apology we received a smirky look. I live close by but think I'll...More

I tried to eat here around midday for brunch. The food here looks amazing, and I'd been keen to try it as I've just moved in to an apartment opposite the market. When I walked in it was not clear if they did table service...More

The coffee is exceptional, thanks to the lovely baristas. Quality of the cakes and hot food is also amazing. Lovely atmosphere, will always pop in when I'm around in Angel.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site
of an ancient meat market which remains in operation
today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally
renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and
some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a
focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough
time wondering through the area's maze of streets and
you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
