Just want to say what a great experience me and my two girlfriends had when out shopping and decided to pop in for a ‘quick’ drink (turned into many)
Not often we come down to London, and fully aware it’s quite a touristy pub, but that’s what we are so suited is fine. Being from up north originally I’m not used to over friendliness in most of the pubs in London or south in general.
But punters and staff were all friendly and happy to chat, give us some pointers to head next for shopping and tube stops etc.
Ended up abandoning shopping, stayed and ate some toasties which were delicious and simple (and affordable) then the music came on as sun went down, great atmosphere!
For how close we were to Leicester square the drinks were ok proved too- thanks for making us feel so welcome x

The pub was warm and busy. Service for drinks was quick but there was a 30-40 minute wait for sandwiches. Sandwiches were insipid and served on pre sliced, white bread. They were plonked on the table by a member of staff who didn’t even look at us. Music was too loud. We were there for a couple of hours as it was raining. We didn’t see a single table wiped in all that time. We wouldn’t return.

Went in here Saturday afternoon. It’s one of the places that advertises toastiest and sandwiches so was really disappointed to hear they didn’t do them on a Saturday so I had a potion of chips for lunch. On the other hand my other half loved her hunters chicken. Don’t advertise what you don’t sell it just leads to total disappointment as not everyone wants comfort food

WARNING
ABSOLUTE RIP OFF
After a great day in London thought we would finish with a nightcap. Ordered an ordinary
s single malt whisky and a vodka and red bull
The bill : £ 24.95
Now I know London prices etc have been paying them for the last 3 days but that is just taking the mick
Told them where to stick their drinks.
Just beware when ordering your drinks

Awful pub, staff very unhelpful, served spirits in large plastic pint glasses, but wine in a glass. Staff would not hand over an extra wine glass. Music too loud. Awful place, don't waste your money there.

Went in as a party of 4 wanting to have a couple of drinks and relax for a while. First task was to ask the bar staff to wipe down the sticky beer stained table. The large lemonade to my son was mainly ice, the other drinks were as expected.
Started to relax and chat among ourselves and then they decided to blast dance music at a level that destroyed any hope of that.
Drank up quickly and left for good.

Visited for a drink whilst in London and spent about 30 minutes here. Served by a bar person who frankly was miserable. No manners at all. 3 people behind the bar and not one of them smiled at any customer at any point.
Visited the toilets that smelt awful and needed a clean. Just a horrible experience and won’t be going back. Embarrassed for the overseas visitors who were there for a traditional pub and got awful service. Such a shame.

Sitting on the corner just outside Covent Garden you will find this little pub. Came in for a drink during a shopping trip . Staff are lovely and chatty. They also work closely with local business for food which is delivered to your table. Great idea. Well done

Small pub in a prime location. Staff were friendly and welcoming, there’s a good range of drinks and although we had to squeeze on a tiny table with stools in the corner it was an enjoyable drink with a nice vibe. I’d pop in again for sure.

Lovely traditional pub. Good selection of beers and wines. Friendly and polite staff. Offered a taste of a cask ale before buying. I like to try any local ale that you can’t get at home. Prices fair. Didn’t eat but the menu was varied and the food seen in the pub looked delicious. Space outside to watch the world go by. Lots of cosy snugs inside to sit in. Would happily seek out and go back.

Pulled into the Roundhouse on a cold February morning. Met with a fabulous host and a number of quality beers and Gins. Even tried a fish finger sandwich and chips, not my normal lunch. However, represented excellent value and very tasty.
Certainly be back.

Pop into this clean cosy nice pub randomly and absolutely loving it. Very professional with all the COVID measurement. I was introduced with a refreshing “Frontier” pint which is superb. Staff very friendly especially Sylvan (apologies if any misspell). Bad day at work but this French guy really make my day.

Was looking for a place to grab a drink after the theatre and this looked good.
Pleasant friendly staff.
Drinks not too overly expensive bearing in mind it's on the edge of Covent garden.
Nice atmosphere and kept tables clean

Great pub with excellent beer and friendly staff. Good atmosphere and great feel about the place. We didn’t eat here but wish we had! Food looked great.
Special mention to the bar staff, on his own while his colleague was on a break and coped amazing with lots of thirsty customers.

Called in for a quick pint & chose London Pride hand pulled. Served with a head which didn’t last long. Not bad (I’m from Yorkshire where beer needs to keep its head) and a good flavour. Very busy, friendly cheerful staff.
