Needed coffee after travelling up to see the "Trooping". Absolutely crowded, but good service and good coffee. Only downside was a long queue for the one toilet, but on request they opened up the disabled toilet which alleviated the queue somewhat.

While at Heathrow and waiting for the bus to Gatwick I grabbed a latte and a meatball sandwich that I had toasted. It was delicious and recommended.

If Cafe Nero at Heathrow Airport is the standard, it's lacking in customer service and care. Having burnt my hand on a hot appliance which has NO caution sign, the staff response was to laugh heartily. No asking after my welfare, no offer of something...More

I love Cafe Nero but this particular branch is not one of the best. It is a great location facing Trafalgar Square. The serving staff were disinterested concentrating on their own private conversations rather than the customers. Good coffee as always at Cafe Nero. This...More

Cade Nero is an Italian coffee shop chain in London. I'd say it felt more authentic than Starbucks. Coffee and croissant were good, but I'll forget about them tomorrow.

Quick breakfast and great seats sat in the window. Extremely busy and the staff coped well with what seemed to be a new deli menu - all in all a decent place for some breakfast.

Visited London and called into Café Nero, Trafalgar Square for coffee. We sat at the one available table which was filthy. We asked for someone to clean it and were looked at as though we were mad. Eventually someone did come over. The most miserable...More
