I went to this shop today . It is nice for photos, but awful service and rude Staff members. You guys should to have training course for your stuff members how to be a good customer service. Really low standard in this shop.
Visited this store this week and was greeted by rude staff members. I rang to complain to the Chelsea store who said to put my complaint on trip advisor or to email? No response to my email or even to say they are looking into...my complaint. Don’t bother wasting your money. Yes it’s great for photos but you can get the same cakes in a supermarket for less. I would suggest they train their staff and talk to them about what good customer service is.More
Yes, this place is expensive and just look at the pictures how much you have to pay for a cupcake just because the Insta people (with friends like the ones on Facebook where they do not know anybody) decided to post lost of pictures pretending...they live the high life from an empty flat!
The reality is some of their cakes taste just like the ones you get from a supermarket, so why the fuss? I guess due to location and name: not worth it.More
We were so lucky to have been seated right away when we came to visit. We ordered Sea Salt and Caramel cupcake and some tea. It was heavenly! The place was so dainty, tea was good and hot, and service was superb. It came well-recommended...by some expat friends. They did not exaggerate.More
Came to this place to grab a coffee with a family member.
Staff was nice and we got a table quickly.
We ordered 2 coffees, a croissant and a chocolate macaroon.
The 2 coffees were absolutely delicious. However the croissant was extremely dry and probably...a few days old. The macaroon was very meh. You can get something much better quality at Laduree for the same price.
Since the staff were really nice I do plan on giving them a second try sometime before the year ends, hopefully the cupcakes will be better.More
Peggy Porschen - one of the most famous and picturesque bakeries in London. The sheer pink and purple hues along with white patio furniture makes you fall in love with the ambience making it truly one of the most Instagrammable spots.
The super sinful chocolate...raspberry cupcake was a delight to watch and eating it was more scintillating.
Peggy plays with your sense of sight, smell and taste to provide you with the most special dessert experience you will ever have.More
I know my title sounds like a cliche but this place truly is. Only visited her as my friend was obsessed in trying this out (she fell for the pretty looking cakes). The cakes were so disappointing and the prices they charge are ridiculous. I...would have got a better cake from the supermarket!!! Oh well at least my friend won't go on about this!!!More
Best nearbyWe rank these hotels, restaurants, and attractions by balancing reviews from our members with how close they are to this location.
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw
away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
I never been to the one in Chelsea. I have been to the one on ebury street.
It was small inside. Depend on how many guests u invite. Outside has few table but obviously no good for rainy or cold weather.
