The food and service are a match made in Heaven. Appalling. Myself and three friends all ordered different dishes off the menu. When the food arrived which took an age, two of the dishes were completely wrong - both cold. The waitress had no interest. We explained the error. she removed the dishes and then avoided our table. We were... More

Wish we would have read reviews before deciding on this place. Awful. Ate two bites, charged for water, menu ridiculous.

The windows of this restaurant show beautifully presented cakes, with enticing decorations and that's what brought us inside but it's a ploy to get you in, suffering the terrible attitude of the manager, owner and staff, as well as the awful food. Our food was really bad, considering how high the prices are and while the cakes in the window... More

The price is very (VERY) high for the quality of the service and food. Especially the service! Awful ! The service in two words?"not possible"! The only words they can speak in english! Prepare yourself to be forced to drink and to eat quickly (don't even try just to go there with a friend of yours, without eating as well!... More

The service was slow, the menu is overwhelming with pictures of the meals that did not accurately represent what we received. Dessert was excellent though. Might be a nice spot for after a show dessert and coffee. Other than that nothing special.

Was greeted by a disdainful waiter, who then muttered 'table for one chinkie' as he led me in (I'm ethnic Chinese). Should have left there and then. Seating was very cramped. Menu is absurdly large with two pictures per page, which made reading it time-consuming. Price was written in ink beside each dish. My soup appeared more watery then it... More

Illegally charging by refusing provide tap water. Cash only is unacceptable in most third world places let alone London. Rip off tourists and give us Londoners a bad name. Our 16 year old daughter saw straight through them and insisted on her water being tap rather than bottle and won her battle. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Worst restaurant ever, non English-speaking staff, rude arrogant owners who refused to serve us on 25 December, because we only wanted soup. When we offered to order main course as well, just ordered us to leave. Will be raising a formal complaint with the Regulator. Hope the place goes bust as it well deserves to.

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
