I don't think its culture clash but I find the staff to be unhelpful and not friendly at all. There is no customer service and they dont even bother having English translation on their website. Impression I get from them is as if they don't want your business, well fine then. Good luck surviving with that kind of attitude. Not... More

A great little bar and tapas joint - brilliant if you like authentic Spanish cuisine - bustling and atmospheric - a real buzz about this place - friendly staff too - well recommended for a fairly inexpensive delve into a Spanish culinary experience

I cant actually say if the food served here its traditionally Galician but it was tasty. We were recommended to get 4 to 5 tapas to be shared by both of us, we ended up going for 6 and it was way too much food as the portions are well served. Although the most famous tapas is the octopus, the... More

Without any doubt, it is the best Spanish restaurant in London. When you arrive all the decor will take you to Spain. All the waiters are Spanish and even the TV is on Spanish! You can have a drink in the bar and like in Spain, you'll have a free tapa. If you are planning to go for the tapas... More

We had a friends reunion in this restaurant. Food arrived very late, after about one and a half hours from the order. After all that wait, it turned out that they mistook the orders and three people did not get their food. They did not even apologize for it and they said we would need to wait another hour, at... Indeed they do! The environment is shocking, like you can't imagine and still cannot comprehend the outrageous prices of this place! 20 quid?? at Willesden?? Anyway, the food turns out to be decent, 2 tapas per person will do. Keep in mind the pulpo/octopus was amazingly tender! And if you don't speak Spanish ordering can be tricky...

I had high hopes for this place as it used to be a Spanish club and evolved into a restaurant always full of Spanish people. The service was very good but the food sadly was not great and it cost 80 for three people lunch. Not cheap. I am sorry but I can't recommend this place and I will not... More

You know you are in an authentic Spanish restaurant when majority of the diners are Spanish, the service staff is Spanish and the place is reminiscent of the loud, fun vibe you get from tapas bars in Barcelona. While the restaurant is not near central London, and approximately 25 minutes car ride from downtown London, it is definitely worth the... More

Used to go there 8 years ago and couldn't recognise it. The quality, the staff and atmosphere have let me nostalgic of what used to be this place. The set menu tapas: "un robo". Shame that what used to be one of the best place for tapas in London became a pseudo discoteca for drunken people.
