Having acquired a puppy, dining options local to Euston are more difficult to find. However we stumbled across the Doric Arch which not only accepts dogs (and provides water) but is in the station precinct itself, hence very convenient when laden with travel paraphernalia. We had a variety of ‘starters’ which were of simple construction but very tasty. The main courses looked like standard pub fare (burgers, fish and chips etc) which on observing other diners looked pleasing enough. There was a variety of real ale (it is a Fullers establishment) which pleased husband. Even better despite its situation and it being a Friday night it wasn’t rammed packed and there was space to sit which made for an opportunity to wind down before getting on the night train

Unlike the Euston Tap, the Doric Arch was packed on the Monday evening we dropped by for a last drink before catching our train. Fortunately, a kind gentlemen allowed the two of us to share his table. It’s a strange place, with a downstairs foyer that looks nothing like a welcoming, bustling pub. If I didn’t know it was there and that it sells good ale, I would pass it straight by with scarce a glance. That said, it is very usefully placed, being attached to Euston Station itself and climbing the stairs is worth the effort (even if you have to go all the way back down again to the loos!) In addition to Fullers’ own ales, there are usually a couple of guests. I am from the West Midlands, so had to laugh when I saw the Titanic Plum Porter on tap, which was how I got chatting to the North London Locale rep. My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant drink and conversation with him before we headed home. My wife rated the Sauvignon Blanc and I considered both halves I had to be well-kept and on good form. I clean forgot to take advantage of my CAMRA card (as usual!) The setting is pleasant, spacious, with plenty of dark wood, seating/tables and memorabilia to give a backdrop to help support a good atmosphere. Sadly, we missed the four-legged visitors on this occasion. Would have loved to have stayed longer in case one turned up :) The screen with train times is a handy addition – thanks.

Very good Fullers pub situated right next to Euston railway and bus stations. Been here quite a few times and the ale quality is always excellent. Good choice of Fullers beers, also good choice of lagers, ciders, wines and spirits. Staff are very knowledgeable about their products on offer and always very welcoming and friendly. Nice interesting decor in this railway themed pub, lots of signs and artifacts on display. Food is always been good when I've eaten here and prices are fine considering its Central London. For me personally, I'm more than happy sat on the top level of the pub by the big windows relaxing with a pint just watching the the comings and goings across the bus station and the station entrance. Nice place to escape to and chill out with a drink and something to eat before catching a train.

Dear abv1981, Thank you very much for taking the time and write this lovely review! We are very proud of the fresh cask ales and the selection of drinks we can provide. The team has always been enthusiastic about our drinks offers and so they will always love chatting to customers about it. My favourite spot is the raised area as well, I could just sit there for hours watching the world go by. Thank you again, we truly apricate any feedback we can get and it is good to hear you enjoyed your times with us! Hope to see you soon! Kind Regards Zsofia

The Doric does a decent range of Fullers beers and is handy for the station but it's not a place to arrange a night out with friends. My friend organised his birthday there and was surprised when the last orders bell went at 9.45pm. It turns out the manager can shut the pub when he wants and he was quite defensive when my friend said he wouldn't have booked there if he had known. The manager reminded him the booking was only for 2 hours which is a restriction on Fullers' website - so maybe a place for a quick half and a bowl of chips rather than a full evening.

We have eaten here three times now as the location is perfect for three of us to meet. The staff have always been brilliant, service is great and the food is delicious. One of us is vegan and he’s always been very happy with the food too (although the choice is limited). We all really enjoy the atmosphere and will definitely be booking again.

After a trip around London my friend and I fancied a beer, and as we needed to be Euston to catch our train. The pub is well laid out regarding the current situation and you'll have to give your name and number when you enter. It's table service at the moment and you'll pay when your drinks are delivered. The atmosphere is amazing with various pieces of railwayana dotted all over, so ideal for the railway enthusiast. So if you're in the area, do pop in for a drink

A gem - delightful atmosphere with excellent beers (the best there are - Fuller’s London Pride, etc). The cuisine is outstanding, and the railway related features make for a very pleasant environment to eat and drink. Suitable for families, friends or just yourself. No better experience to be found !

I originally chose this place as it was close to Euston and it looked original. I really like the food here it was well priced and just what I needed after a 4 hour train journey. Also loved the collection of different coasters on the walls, a quirky touch that makes it more personal and homey.

Been here a few times waiting for a train home and it's a great pub freindly staff, good food. But the the best bit it all the railway signs everywhere as a railway nerd I geek out at all the signs and the 9F locomotive on the top of the bar. On top of that they did my favourite beer on draft asahi from Japan Would highly recommend if your waiting for a train

This is my last stop in London before catching the train back up norf. Great wine - Sauvignon Blanc - and beer selection, if there is time I will have something to eat from the pub menu. Service is friendly and I much prefer it to waiting in the Virgin lounge (or whatever it is now called) which has a work vibe you don't want when you have finished work. Haven't been since before the lockdown, never thought I would miss Euston station.

Only toasties available and well over priced for what you got. They were made from a toastie machine with a handful of dorito type crisps, mustard, chilli sauce and pickles! Had an Amstel beer which was nice enough, however the place was dead and I can understand why. Reviews seem good so maybe just an unfortunate day to visit.

A lovely pub just outside London Euston train station. Once inside you can get emerged in the lovely surroundings and enjoy and drink and something to eat. There is a view of London from the windows but it is full of busy roads and taxis. You have to go upstairs to access the pub but not too many steps. The drinks are reasonably priced for the city and the food seems didn’t seem too expensive. Plenty of choice of drinks. I was there for a retirement celebration for a friend and whilst the many of our group took over most of the pub, there was still room for anyone else just popping in. They have their own toilets but these are back downstairs and you need a code from the bar to access them (sometimes!). A little gem of a pub in a busy city area.

The Doric Arch is a pub next to Euston Bus Station. There are buses to a variety of locations in London. It is also close to the main station where you can get trains to the West Midlands, the North West and Scotland. There are also a couple of Tube Lines (Northern & Victoria lines) which run through the station. The pub has alot of different railway signs from the bygone age so it is a good place to go if you are into railway history. The pub is friendly and the staff are all very professional. Well worth checking out.

This is just a nice place. Nothing super special but the service is really excellent. Couldn't be more helpful. Decent range of beers including Dark Star Hophead. A little pricey at £5 for a cask beer but then these are tough times for pubs. I would certainly visit again if in the area.

You’d be excused for never stumbling across this pub, as it’s pretty well hidden, but make it up the stairs and you’d be pleasantly surprised by a sizeable and cosy retreat at the top. There’s a really good range of drinks available and some super seating if you’re visiting on your own. It does feel like a true traditional pub inside with some good decor to admire, and despite being in a busy train station not touristy at all. I'll be back!
