Crowded at 6.45pm but table was reserved and still available even though we were 15 minutes late. The food was as good as any airport cuisine can be, Tthe service was good if a bit pressed.

Eat dinner here before an overnight flight to Cape Town. My wife had the steak and I had the burger. Both very good. There are a few places to eat in Terminal 3 but for me this is the location that makes you feel as if you are not in an airport, which is good. High street priced food so... More

Called in for a light breakfast at 5:30ish one morning. The Eggs Royal with spinach was excellent and set me up for the coming two hour flight and morning meetings.

We came in from an overnight flight & had 7 hours before our flight to Chicago. So we checked out the lounges & were told it would be about $120 for 4-hours.... We decided there were a lot of great restaurants & shops where we could enjoy spending $120. Oriel Cafe was just around the corner & past duty free... More

When you are waiting for your flight in Heathrow airport one of the best thing to do is have a seat, a drink and some food. Oriel at Heathrow is that kind of place you feel like home: smiley faces all around meaning certainly it is good to be here. Even from a service perspective. Only a guess here... Despite... More

Stopped into this place right at noon time for lunch. We ordered the lamb (it was under seasoned) and also the cheeseburger (good flavor) there's a few other places to eat in terminal 3 but seems like this one is the more popular. Good service and reasonably priced meal.

A lovely French style restaurant where I had a perfect lamb steak (branded as a pave) before my flight Lovely staff, quick service and altogether a nice way to get going Minor downside? The pint of Fullers Pride was chilled and had lost its lovely bready character. A nice pint all the same

NIcely greeted and seated at a table by the hostess. No problem in choosing a table because of the luggage. The food was excellent and Rupak provided a great service. Rupak was polite and had a good personality. Keep up the good work !

When eating at an airport, you want quick service and good food. This absolutely fitted the bill. Probably the nicest food I've eaten at an airport before a flight, the chicken Corden Bleu was excellent and the girls in my group both enjoyed a good sized piece of sea bass. Service was speedy and I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Thank Chris W
