Our visit was on Saturday night and so was very busy but the staff were very efficient, and we were soon shown to our table. The food was excellent- best beef lasagne ever. and reasonably priced. Seating was comfortable and tables weren't too packed together.

I recall there being one or two steps at the threshold. Toilets are down a staIrcase in the basement.
