Great gelato but the kiosk shop in Canary Wharf closed down and was replaced by a protein shake shop - probably good not a replacement for gelato at all.

Love the hazelnut a stop by next time you are in Canary wharf well worth it. they made the gelato inside the boot and it seems they are using good ingredient, the cone are to die for, minus point you can't sit it is not a bar but just a stand outside waitrose.

Puzzled by the lack of cones, the gelato seemed very appealing and it was delicious (try the hazelnut gianduiotto, it's superb!). On the other hand, I agree with the other reviewers: the staff seems annoyed and unsympathetic when you order, a real offense for London standards, let alone in the heart of a busy mall! Overall good value for £3.5... More

The service here was indifferent bordering on rude. The ice cream was very average. The raspberry sorbet looked and tasted like strawberry and the chocolate one we chose was so soft it could not be called ICE cream. Very disappointing

One of the best ice cream eaten in london (And I've eaten a lot of ice cream) but this ice cream ZaZa is special. the manager TONY convinced me to try mintymango and is one of the best sorbets in a world, magnificent. Great ice cream and manager very nice. Congratulations.

Can requesting a taster be that difficult that a face needs to be pulled. When you've such great flavours to choose from, surely it's good customer service if you're happily served a taster before you actually make your purchase. I expected more traditional Italian etiquette then was received. Will be drawn back purely for the flavours and nothing else! -... More

We found ourselves back in Westfield at the end of a long day in the West End and gasping for something refreshing. Being an ice cream loving family we often resort to a scoop or two to refresh flagging spirits. Za zaza did not disappoint. Great ice cream execution of some familiar favourites.

Thank Katherine K
