This delightful cafe sits in one corner of
Vauxhall Park and is manned by charming staff. The menu is unpretentious but everything is good. With the park with its tennis courts and children’s play area, this ticks so many boxes.
The only one restaurant bar inside the vauxhall Park, i think very portuguese style but this is a plus indeed.
I loved the fact that when you are in the vauxhall Park sunbathing or relaxing you have also the opportunity to have a coffe or...More
Such a lovely little cafe in the park. Friendly staff. Lovely hot breakfast. Good choice of food and drink. I can see why there was a constant flourish of visitors. Highly recommended. It's always nice to buy locally and visit small businesses.
I live in the area but have never been here before...
I visited for breakfast with my partner this morning and ordered the full English with coffee.
The coffee was delicious, the breakfast was superb! Right down to the mushrooms, which were cooked to perfection!...More

My friend and I had a glass of wine, so it's licensed for alcohol. It's wheelchair access, also seating outside with ramp. The toilets are at the back of the cafe, level flooring, so you could wheel a chair to the toilet door. I can't remember if you could actually get a wheelchair inside the loo. Weekdays it gets busy after 12.30-ish when the mums come to pick their toddlers up from the nursery, but they tend to sit outside, which is nice as you get a lovely view of the park. Hope this is helpful.
