First go downstairs and have a drink in the very retro bar which I really liked. This was a business meeting so we went for the set lunch and we were both very pleased we did as we got the best of both worlds - very nice food at a very reasonable prices (for London). Only moan is the serving... More

Look for further for a Michelin starred restaurant with a trendy/cool atmosphere, fantastic food, awesome cocktails and great value.

We really enjoyed our visit to Dabbous After a refreshing watermelon cocktail in Oskar's bar we took our table in the intimate dining room The menu was short and interesting Such beautiful flavours yet such deliciously light tastes I have never enjoyed sea bass as much before the desserts were divine The service was excellent, efficient yet relaxed and friendly We... Delivery unfortunately did not meet expectations. The menu was very dairy led and rather mushy with little difference between the textures. I expected more excitement and intrigue for a Michelin starred tasting menu. The setting was however nice with the apple sorbet and coddled egg by far the best.

Dabbous was rated no.1 on Tripadvisor when it was first opened few years ago. Our recent visit has confirmed the reason for its recent rating. There's a 3 or 4 course set lunch under £30 , but all lacking in quality as well as quantity.

We have read about the restaurant in an article and wanted to try it. We went for lunch. Service was good yet too formal, everything was too perfect in an uncomfortable way. Food was good, blend of flavors and ingredients yet didn't quite get me in love. I would recommend to try it though as an experience.

Seems very form over function, the food was ok. Certainly not bad but not great and not worth the hype. The restaurant itself is very stylised which is fine but it's almost like that's more important than the food

My partner and I are certainly very demanding, but after our first experience, 3 years ago for lunch, we thought Dabbous could deliver. We booked for dinner and went for the £75 set menu. Wine list is disappointing, only offering a choice of expensive conventional. Food was average bordering bad. It feels that all enthusiams has left the kitchen and... More

no really, it was a sensational dish of lettuce. bass also very good. langoustines on the other hand a joke (2 on sticks for the better part of thirty quid). other dishes a bit mixed but generally quite good. service fairly informal, friendly and helpful. not badly priced. portions too small as seems to be the vogue: lunch for two... The food and value at Dabbous is very good, but it is only 4 stars for me cos I don't really like the decor (industrial and modern). Everything else ticked the box but I guess the ambiance was not to my taste.
