This place is awesome! One of my favourite 🤩 places in London highly recommended
for me is the most delicious Lebanese restaurant in London.
. Even the prices are reasonable for such a quality of service, Without forgetting about the
amazing people working in the restaurant,
I would definitely come back again .

I had heard so much about this place that I wanted to try it. The restaurant is located in Harrods and it took me forever to find it. I went up and down escalators and asked several people until I finally found it. Let me tell you it was worth the trouble. Mostly decorated in blue and silver, hidden behind glass walls, it is in the far corner of the men's department The food was excellent. Everything I tried was very good. As close to Lebanon as you can get outside of Lebanon. The fattoush and hummus were spot on. The beef shawerma was ok. I probably will not order it again, but the chicken taouk was amazing, Juicy and flavorful. This is a definite must for me if I ever go to London again. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

Excellent food and lovely staff ( especially the ladies ) if a bit expensive. Really good vegetarian options . Can't say too highly how tasty all the meze dishes are and great mint lamb kofta for the meat eaters.

This was our second Christmas visit to Em Sharif. My sisters and I come to Harrods every Christmas for lunch as a memory to our mum as we used to bring her here and she loved it.
I had prebooked months in advance. We were shown to a table in the corner and basically left there. We waited half hour before a bottle of water was brought to our table. The service this year was absolutely terrible, for us and a young couple on the next table. We called over a waiter who once heard our complaint kind of just looked at us, eventually a lady came over and apologised for us being ignored for an hour before somebody took our order. The restaurant opened at 12 and that’s what time our table was booked for so it was not packed at that stage. It ruined the experience for us although the food was delicious and once I presume the manager heard of our situation he couldn’t do enough for us. It probably won’t stop us going next year but I hope we have a better time.

Although I have only sampled the food from the deli in the food halls I can tell it is very good food. However I am less than impressed by customer service and attention to detail. For the past 4 or 5 visits to the deli we wanted to buy our favourite dish, the falafel bowl. Once we were sold said bowl without the tahini dressing, without being told. And the next few times we didn’t buy it anymore because they were offering it to us without sauce. The shocking part is that the poor guy working there would call the main restaurant and they would tell him that they were too busy and that people should buy it without the sauce! Sorry no! Falafel with no tahini, I don’t think so. Every single time same story. If this were a one off event fine, but no it isn’t. They clearly don’t care and for that reason they do not deserve a good rating. Sort yourselves out!

Second time to this place after having been invited here the first time. Completely unaware of how ridiculously expensive it was for what it is. Granted, they have a lovely menu, but nothing special to justify a £16 hummus plate, or a £16 side of fries. There is no concept there or unique flavor to justify Michelin star pricing for such sides. In the end, though, they need to make a profit while leasing a chunk of real estate at Harrod's.
That said, the food IS delicious, nothing bad to say about the food at all, the service was good, (it was better the previous time but that was dinner), but sadly there are very few plates that make it a unique place, at least for the lunch menu. I am aware the dinner menu is different, and some great tasting dishes were on both menus.
Completely disappointed at the bill I paid for a meal I could have gotten at any other Lebanese restaurant of same quality and taste for a third of the price at best. Surely, they plan to abuse the careless spending of their mostly Arab clientele.

Em Sherif at Harrods is a Lebanese restaurant in Harrods department store in Knightsbridge. The three of us, I (a vegan) and two friends (carnivores) had dinner at the restaurant. Even someone such as me, who lived in the Middle East was impressed by the food. There are lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. So, a group of different dietary requirements can happily eat together at Em Sherif.

Food was one the best Lebanese I ever had. In addition to the great service and great handling of the different dietary requirements, the variety of choices made all requirements simple to be dealt with. Also the drinks selection was great I would definitely recommend the rose lemonade.

The 2 managers are completely incompetent, rude and disrespectful. I have been twice in the past month and I’m not quite sure why. The food is mediocre and overpriced and the staff are utterly disasterous and arrogant. Quite frankly they act like the own the restaurant instead of being employed by it.

One of the best Lebanese restaurants in London. Great hospitality friendly staff, AMAZING FOOD, we really recommend to try everything there. We ordered Tabbouleh, fattouch, lentil salad, falafel, hummus & Moutabbal as for the grills, we ordered lamb chops, kebab and beef skewers! The desserts are to die for!
We really loved everything and we're definitely coming back again.

I went twice to Em Sherif, first one was for a business lunch and the 2nd one was for a friends and family dinner.
Both experiences were great, Em Sherif is easily in my top 5 restaurants Ever!!

Great gastronomic experience. The best Lebanese food I’ve ever tried. The staff was very kind and useful and attended all our requests. We were a party of 14 and they managed to give us a table in just a few minutes.
Definitely a must in London!
