We enjoyed our dinner at Da Mario. Good, authentic Italian. Desserts were great as well. Recommend a reservation....place is small.

Read positive reviews online about Da Mario and since it was near the High Street Kensington tube and within walking distance of our hotel we decided to give it a try. Am so glad we did. The place was packed and very noisy in a...More

As a self proclaimed spaghetti snob my pasta needs were met and exceeded at our recent visit to Da Mario. We had no reservation but were seated promptly. The Quattro fromage pizza was cheesy and delicious and I’ve never eaten nicer veal torteloni. Yum yum...More

Lovely, lively restaurant - great place to celebrate our Mum’s 70th. Service and food both really good, particularly given it was a busy Friday night. £50 a head, which included liberal amounts of vino.

DaMario’s has homemade authentic Italian dishes. The Tri-Colore Salad of Buffalo Mozzarella, Avocados and Tomatoes is fresh and delicious. The pasta dishes are yummy and if I’m ever in London on a weekend they make a shredded meat and red sauce served over pasta that...More

Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. What more can I say... It was beautiful. Atmosphere and service also excellent and at incredibly reasonable price for central London. Highly recommended.

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
