Positives: Great decor. Staff attentive. Negatives: Not good during quieter periods, lack of attention to detail. Food salty. We visited The Delaunay for our 30th anniversary treat after recommendations and reading some positive reviews. We arrived about 3PM and there were about 4 other tables...More

We were there with family (teenagers) and friends and had a wonderful evening. So many different dishes makes it easy to have everyone happy. It was delicious and the service top! Beautiful place to be. We loved the super food salad.

Brunch is fine, but at breakfast they have lovely linen tablecloths, wonderful viennoiserie, yummy egg dishes. Beautifully presented, delicious and a lovely calm oasis of old school charm.

The Counter where I stopped for a light lunch was busy and service consequently slower than I have come to expect at breakfast. The food was very good particularly the tomato and horseradish soup.Reasonably priced as well.

This is exactly the sort of restaurant you want to find in Central London. Location on the Aldwych is perfect for theatreland, Trafalgar Square etc. All three of us rated our main courses very highly - liver, prawns and eggs Arlington. One of the deserts...More

Met friends for lunch at this great restaurant. At first i was a little nonplussed about a Viennese restaurant in London but that soon changed when I started eating. And it was refreshing to have a Gruner Veltliner with the food - not something one...More

Cab, if you don't know where you are going should cost about £5 from Covent Gareden tube, or if you are in high heels. Otherwise, it's about a 6 minute walk from Covent Gareden tube. Hope it helps.
