We arrived here on the Saturday of my birthday week as a taster of one of the most reputable brunch spots in London. We were first seated downstairs in the bar area but after some enquiry we were moved up to the main restaurant. The ambiance during brunch was very pleasing- a balance between private but with mild background chatter.... More

Dinner tonight at The Delaunay was excellent. The quality of the food was as good as a one * Michelin restaurant. Service was polite, efficient and friendly. Ambience was good and overall the whole evening was a success. However, the real star of the evening was the food; high quality ingredients, superbly cooked and prepared.

Popped in for a quick lunch (only had half an hour to spare) and the staff were very accommodating. This restaurant has a lovely formal but relaxed feel and a great ambiance. They managed to find me a table for one ... and produced a truly delicious hamburger with chips, glass of wine, two home made bread rolls along with... More

Lovely for a 'posh' breakfast, pricing quite reasonable given the location and how impressive the setting is. Food was very nice, a wide range of breakfast options, with service being prompt, but not rushed

The perfect venue for a 'proper' british brunch or lunch.. claasic cuisine in a classic setting where everyone from the cloakroom staff, front of house, maitre d', semilier and waiting staff provide a seamless, super slick but understated and unrushed service, even at full capacity.. The above setting/staff combo coupled with a laid back, cosmopolitan crowd of all ages makes... More

The single most impressive thing here is the dining room, expansive, traditional with modern touches, big windows, plenty of room and comfortable furniture. Then, the location, a mere few steps from the closest theatre, others just a block or so away. Finally, the food. Fine dining ? No, not at all. This is pub food in an elaborate dining room... More

Try the 'Matcha' smoothie, it's really good ! and if you get a chance to have Doughnut left, just get one or two. the sausage sandwich had a bit too much of sausage where the bacon roll didn't have enough bacon ! besides that, the food is good quality, the place has its own atmosphere and the service is just... Delaunay is a very beautiful restaurant, with a chic Austrian/central Europe feel to it. They do an amazing Schnitzel and the desserts are to die for too.

Lovely place to meet up with friends and family for lunch. As always, very busy but comfortable and seamless service. Staff polite and friendly. Food was gorgeous and not overly expensive, especially for such a central, popular restaurant. Will definitely return in future.
