Fresh and funky, Banana Tree - Soho presents regional specialities from the Indochina region. Crafting their authentic flavours since 1991, Banana Tree places special focus on the lemongrass-growing areas in South East Asia, including Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Cambodia. Traditional yet cosmopolitan, Banana Tree restaurant is a failsafe favourite for vibrant Asian delicacies.
I absolutely love Pan Asian food, but this was average. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t very good either and it’s expensive for what it is. If you want a tasty and reasonably priced Thai chain, go for Busaba. If you want tasty and reasonable...More
A friend invited me to lunch here because it caters for both vegan and carnivore. The dishes are Oriental. The restaurant is spacious and airy. It is in a good location for theatreland, being on the section of Wardour Street north of Shaftesbury Avenue, not...More
Did not book but staff quickly found a place for the 4 of us. Very easy to Oder a good selection of food, and what we had was really well received by all. As a big meat lover, it was unusual for me to order...More

Very fast service, no booking possible policy at lunch so first arrived first served, decent food for your money given that you are in London.
Food portions could be a bit bigger but they promote good value drinks and cocktails to go with it.
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the
most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
