We went there for dinner, because most of the restaurants nearby were closed. So we ended up in this one. It is really understaffed because there are only 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. We ordered 2 pizzas and the flavor of the pizza was not very good. We had to tell the waiter 2-3 times our beverages because he... More

I was surprised from the food, it was good and the staff was friendly. The restaurant might need some deocration but for a night out it is perfect.

We ate dinner at Il Pardrino before the theater and were most pleased. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the crowd. The wait staff was most friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and a fair price for London, Leicester Square. I am most surprised by the negative reviews... ?? Anyway, many thanks to Mario, Lilly and Natasha for a... More

Ordered plain bruschetta bread for a starter... the overweight, moustached sweaty waiter didn't listen, bought me the other bruschetta, even when we sent it back he kept bringing it back saying the chef wouldn't change it, we walked off....

Service is very slow, staff not interested. Our garlic bread was so dry we could not eat it, when we told waiter he said we should have had cheese on it! Pizza tasteless. Drinks over priced. They did not bring tap water. When the bill arrived they charged us £7.50 for garlic bread, they had charged us for a large... More

We visited this restaurant our last night in London. We had bruschetta and the Rustica pizza which were both delicious. This restaurant has good food and a nice outdoor seating with heat lamps! The waitstaff was very nice.

Nice place, right next to one of the busiest areas of central London. Not a very big menu but everything we got was delicious.

Called in here on the off chance of being served quickly as had a train to catch. We were assured we would be served quickly however 20 minutes from being seated to finishing meal is a little quick and makes me think the food was prepared and reheated. The chicken in my chicken dish was dubious and not a full... More

This restaurant is our favourite in Leicester Square. There's plenty of choice on the menu, even for me as a vegetarian, and although it is mostly pizza and pasta - IT'S AN ITALIAN!!! (Not sure what some people expect reading some of the nonsense on here.....). Went twice during this visit. Both times we had the mozzarella garlic bread which... More

We did not have a booking at this restaurant, we wanted a cheap eat before going to the theatre. Very good food, we had lasagne and a calzone - they were both lovely! If you want a cheap meal close to leicester square then you're onto a winner!

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
