Booked on with my boyfriend after hearing some good reviews from friends. On arrival we were given capes and gloves with a token for a free cocktail. The room itself is small with a couple of ice sculptures. The staff were very friendly and the...More

So me and and my boyfriend thought it was okay. The man on the door was super friendly and more than happy to help. We were 45mins early and was taken to the warm bar which was a very nice atmosphere. The actual ice bar...More

Overpriced and lacking in imagination. Could do so much more than just have people standing around drinking expensive cocktails. Video of the history of the ice hotel perhaps.

Loved the concept and the experience was very much enjoyable, however the price charged is a bit steep, especially as the icebar is so over crowded. I would recommend having less people in within each time slot.

Found the bar easily (just off Regent street) and was greeted by a friendly girl who checked our booking. After donning the hooded capes we entered the ice bar which is apparently -5c. It was very busy and the first cocktail is included in the...More

After hearing so much about it I thought we should visit. Overall very friendly staff, clean and pleasant environment. I just wanted a quick non alcoholic drink along with my son; so paying £14.50 each is a bit rich. So no discount for children on...More

Hi Barry Glad you enjoyed the visit on the whole, and thought we'd quickly respond to your comments on non-alcoholic and child tickets. The thing is that, while we are very happy to welcome under 18s during certain sessions, we are ultimately a bar venue,...More

But not as good as the one in Stockholm. Much smaller. When we were queueing to get our ponchos, we were shouted at to move down but couldn't, there were simply too many people going in at one time. This also made it crowded in...More

London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is
haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is

It is wheelchair accessible but the ice bar itself has no seats the main bar does but I really hope you took out a second mortgage if you plan to stay there for the night
