On Sun 23rd of April around 10 pm, we were looking for a place with the kitchen still open; Angus seemed to be the only option in the cold evening. After ordering, I left for the toilet, and on my way there witnessed a small, very uncomfortable scene. The doors were open, so you could see straight to the room... More

We had a weekend in London (15-17 April 2017) and on surfacing from the tube at Leicester Square, were faced with an Angus Steakhouse. Whole family agreed it sounded good - so off we went. Swiftly dragged in off the street by the prowling Maitre D (not that we needed encouragement at that stage) and shown straight to a table.... More

Anniversary dinner before Stomp. Excellent location for West London playhouses. Atmosphere is very, American. Service was very good. Steak was somewhat average in my opinion. A little tough for the price and not seasoned especially well. Wife had the fish and chips which was quite good. Neither of us had left enough room for dessert. Overall a little disappointing.

We ate a very good steak. Nice value, not too expensive. I can recommend this place to anyone who likes steaks.

Visited for dinner after theatre, ordered half chicken with chips & coleslaw. No coleslaw came, I let that slide. Started eating the chicken and then realised it was freezing cold in the middle. Staff were apologetic and offered replacement but I just didn't pay for the main. They offered dessert on the house but we took our drinks off the... More

Chose the fillet of beef salad, which had char grilled beef fillet on a fresh mixed salad. The meat was so tender and was lovely with the mixed salad and dressing. I then treated myself to the toffee apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. I so enjoyed the meal with good service, that I went back the next night. I... More

Went here with 3 colleagues in late March 17. Angus have had an 'upgrade' since going last time. Very friendly staff (...thanks Anna-Marie! Hope all goes well with the baby!). Starters were a sharer (Mexican) - chili and nachos - not a huge portion - but a good start. Main courses were a mix of ribs and steak with quite... More
