Went with teenage daughter before visiting Imax cinema at Leicester Sq. The place is close to this but also in a little bit more quiet street just a few block away. The food is french brasserie. We had risotto and a sort of fish pie and both were well made and tasted well. Helpful and polite staff and still relaxed.... More

Six of us arrived at 21:45 following a short walk from a concert at St Martins. Even though it was late, the food was fresh and delicious, the staff excellent, we weren't rushed at all and it didn't feel like a typical chain.

Visited here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Friendly staff and good deal on a cooked breakfast with a drink. Average breakfast which was ok but have had better breakfasts.

I had not been to one of these restaurants before and was a little reticent at the thought of going thinking it would be basic and charmless, which it was to a certain extent, but what I cannot deny and I defy anyone to, is the incredible value for money the 3 course set lunch menu represents. Delicious smoked mackerel... More

Seven of us arrived for a belated 18th for my son. Initially, the waiter forgot our drinks but we eventually got those and some delicious fougasse. Starters were excellent - chicken liver parfait, calamari, steak tartar and prawn gratin. Sadly, from here service went downhill. After an hour our main course had still not arrived - we complained and were... More

Booked online at 6pm on a Saturday night which was easy. Arrived at 5.45pm and the place was packed and they couldn't seat us. I said we would wait as it was cold. Other people came in and were told that tables would be available from 7.30pm. Another couple came in and were booked at 6pm, 5 mins later, they... More

Booked a table this evening. 6.30. Shown to the cellar area which was very busy but no problem. Chose the pre-theatre menu. Very good value and really nice food. Service pleasant so far. Cellar empty when we asked for the bill as most going to the theatre. Upon checking the bill found that two bottles of wine had been charged.... More

Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities.
Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly
