Visited here with my parents and had a beautiful meal in a small but homely restuarant on Charlotte Street. Dishes looked small but were more deceptive as they were very filling. Naan breads were delicious. The chicken karahi I had was beautiful and my mum said the vegetable thali (like a big tapas plate) was incredible. In fact, the best... More

I work near this friendly restaurant and for lunch I occasionally treat myself to one of their exceptional biryanis, which are full of flavour and subtle notes. I also occasionally visit for a sit-down meal with colleagues and without exception everyone finds the food superb and the prices charged very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this... More

I have been going to Palms of Goa for at least 10 years and never had a bad experience. The food is always perfect and the people always friendly and courteous. I am a vegan and although they do sell all the meat dishes, they have a great selection of vegan and veg dishes. All good!

I work in Soho, and I'm always on the look out for good value lunches. I've been frequenting this Indian restaurant regularly for approx 15 years. I keep coming back time and time again because it's the best Indian lunch I can find, bar none. Great food, great value and great service.

We wanted a good curry in London while we planned our trip to India and found Palms of Goa on TripAdvisor. We arrived shortly after they opened at 6pm and got a table for 2 straight away. The menu is great and very reasonably priced for a central London location. Our food came very quickly and was hot and delicious!... More

Happened upon the Palms today, almost by accident. I had not dined in Charlotte St for 30 years, at another Indian restaurant no longer there. Simple one-course Palms Lamb Curry, Pilau rice & Chana Masala, together with large Cobra beer. Good, attentive service, excellent food and good value. Recommended

This is a restaurant where you will receive a wonderfully warm welcome from its owner Eugene. He makes the whole dining experience a very pleasant one. The food is fresh and tasty, and the naan bread light, fluffy and delicious. The aubergine curry is definitely worth checking out. It is also very affordable.

My wife and some friends and I visited the Palms of Goa in Charlotte Street (very near Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road) for the first time last night and we'll certainly be visiting this restaurant again. The menu has an extensive choice of both Goan dishes and traditional indian restaurant favourites. The Goan chicken and fish curries that we... More

The Palms of Goa is my go-to curry house in London, providing tasty and well priced food in the heart of Charlotte Street. Their range of curries is excellent, the service top-notch, the atmosphere always buzzy. I can't recommend Palms of Goa highly enough.

Palms of Goa is a unique Indian restaurant, serving distinctly Goan cuisine. The history of this special branch of cooking reflects Goas Indian and Portuguese heritage - the main ingredients being coconut and spices, creating a flavoursome and distinctive taste. Located on Londons bustling New Cavendish Street, Palms of Goa is a popular place for business lunches and after-work meals. The rich red interior and delicious, healthy food make the experience of dining here a memorable one, and our favourite dishes include the Lamb Xacutti, a Goan dish prepared with coconut, vinegar and hot spices, and the restaurants renowned Pumkin (sic) Curry. Palms of Goa has been in business for over thirteen years, and is a favourite spot for Soho diners.
