Friendly service in a great location. We shared a few starter plates and enjoyed their Indian "Belgium" beer.

Delicious food, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices! We had some great veggy dishes, including the bhindi, tarka dal and saag paneer. The owner, Eugene was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

Although I have been a Palms customer for many years this was my first visit for a good while. I'm delighted to report that the food was as good as it always is and the staff friendly and full of helpful advice. The menu contains many of the "curry house" staples but also has some fabulous Goan specialist dishes that... More

A busy restaurant, we booked the only table left at 7pm on a Friday night. Got in at 5 to 7 but had to wait a couple of minutes for the table, they offered us seat and beer but the table was ready before we could take them up on the offer! Polite and welcoming, food and service was excellent.

Cheerful service, excellent Goa specialities - a very tender and deliciously hot lamb curry - in a street now full of pretentious fancy restaurants this a down to earth, reasonably priced with a simple friendly atmosphere. We met up with family members and could hear what we were all saying (in so many restaurants these days you can't!) and thoroughly... More

Great service, great food. Waiter warned against the chicken vindaloo being too hot, but unless you're a baby Englishmen or German, it's great; couldn't have asked for better.

Have just finished a great meal at Palms of Goa, we were served by the owner and his wife. The food was fresh, tasty, served graciously and in a timely fashion. We selected from across the menu and honestly I think you could order anything off the menu and not go wrong. We were lucky to get a table at... More

Palms of Goa is a unique Indian restaurant, serving distinctly Goan cuisine. The history of this special branch of cooking reflects Goas Indian and Portuguese heritage - the main ingredients being coconut and spices, creating a flavoursome and distinctive taste. Located on Londons bustling New Cavendish Street, Palms of Goa is a popular place for business lunches and after-work meals. The rich red interior and delicious, healthy food make the experience of dining here a memorable one, and our favourite dishes include the Lamb Xacutti, a Goan dish prepared with coconut, vinegar and hot spices, and the restaurants renowned Pumkin (sic) Curry. Palms of Goa has been in business for over thirteen years, and is a favourite spot for Soho diners.
