Tiny portion size for what is one of the most expensive burrito chains. Bottom of the list as far as I'm concerned.

Chilango promises quality, fresh Mexican food and gets it spot on! I tried something different this time and saw a new prawn option for the salad and tried it; it was gooood! Staff are friendly as always and quick service. They have a good amount of seating which is great to see in this busy part of London Bridge.

Veggie burrito. Staff nice, place clean, prices high for the basic fast food lunch market. The fillings were very wet - so wet I'd have been better off with a straw than a napkin. Love Mexican food but this was bland factory stuff, six quid of mush, half of which ended in a bin. Perfectly good wraps for half the... More

Great place for eating in or take out. I have visited a few times at lunch time and the service is fast and friendly. The vegetarian option with black beans is the best.

Good food with fun decor. Best for a lunchtime pitstop but quiet in the evenings which can be convenient. Chicken burrito is the best one imho.

Lovely fresh and tasty Mexican food. Eat in or take away. Limited menus, but that makes it fast and fresh Fast and friendly service. Prices around the £5 mark per meal.

A fairly good choice, assembled in front of you, while you choose. Not a great variety, however cheap and reasonably filling. Must have arrived at the right I as we were all offered free beer with each meal. This is not, nor pretends to be fine dining. Fine for a budget price, quick and filling snack

I really fancied a burrito for lunch today and thought Chilango's would be the perfect place for this. I was very wrong! The service was rushed (not in a good way) and the queuing disorderly. The staff didn't seem to be able to converse with me or even understand what I asked for, and were very unhelpful in their manner.... More

Although I wouldn't go as far as to say it was 'excellent', it was definitely very good. Food was good, nice concept, clean. I'd visit again.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
