It was 11:30 pm and my wife and I were on a date night. I could not resist when I saw a Indian restaurant. We got the idea when we saw other customers being served when all the waiters were loud, literally throwing food on...More

My husband and I was looking at the menu from outside the entrance when a pursuasive waiter lured us in. What a mistake. The waiter did most of the ordering himself, not waiting for us to decide. The food was terrible and expensive. Avoid this...More

We were looking for an indian restaurant for dinner. As we walked past this one we just went in as we were hungry. Thet didn't have any cider so we had to have soft drinks which were warm and pretty flat. We asked for ice...More

I went here with a couple and was sat between other couples at close quarters. The waiters were brisk and aloof. The service felt very rushed. We were charged for having the chutneys on the table but were not told about this before we started...More

Waiters are not very friendly, they don't want you to share dishes. They look at you with contempt. Food is not great and everything is paid apart, even naan and rice. Finally for a veggie curry and balti shrimp, we paid 40£ with no drinks....More

For the cost--44 pounds for dinner for two, no alcohol--this place should be producing stellar food. Nothing wrong with the food it does produce--it is decent enough, but you pay separately for everything, even the papadoms, so by the time you get your curry and...More

We slowed to look at the menu and were almost immediately "greeted" by someone who came out onto the street to encourage us to come in. Why not? As soon as we sat down (and we were the only customers in the restaurant) the same...More

Expensive and not very good. 3 of us had supper. I started with 2 x Poppadoms and chutneys, then chicken jalfrezi and mushroom rice, and a keema naan with a pint of cobra.£32.00 is a bit steep for the quality of what we got. Too...More

Staff were VERY, VERY rude! Tried to order one curry with four sides to share with my partner and was told to leave unless we ordered another main meal. I was totally shocked and we were both really embarrassed, lots of people in the restaurant...More

The server was quite rude, and would not let us order a meal to share. We were not hungry enough for a meal and were hoping to have a snack so we actually had to leave, paying for overpriced water. Don't bother going!
