We spent a very relaxing 3 hour lunch on a rainy Saturday afternoon in this place. The pizzas were amazing and the service friendly, not pushy, but efficient. The place is small, but as we arrived after rush hour (about 14:00) it was not a problem. One mistake I made was to share the Tiramisu with a friend....should have had... More

Durin my last visit i met 2 new guys (Ivana and Antonio) and they were welcoming, good host, as usual. The restaurant it's... More

I like this restaurant, nice decor and good pizzas but I can find the staff a little off-hand. They all looked rather miserable, like we were an inconvenience and a token mumbled "thanks" on paying the bill. The seafood linguine could do with a bit more actual seafood in it (one prawn in it, a big one, well probably actually... More

The location and interior of the restaurant are fine but the food is no better than average and the value is apalling - we had 4 other meals during our London visit and all were better and cheaper!!!. The price of wine is outrageous - £8 for a 250ml glass!! We will not return.

Great end to a long cold winter day in London. Warm, great food and simple menu. Antonio was our waiter and he was very helpful and professional. Thanks.

We ordered a pizza and pasta for delivery. It took 3 hours to get delivered (despite the fact that we live within 1 mile from the restaurant it was over an hour late!). The restaurant's phone line was busy when we tried to call and when I finally got through there was no apology. Should get money back for this... More

A true taste of Italy can be found at BIANCO 43 in Greenwich. Boasting a custom-made Neapolitan wood-fired oven for preparing the celebrated range of pizzas, all dishes served are prepared fresh, and use carefully selected ingredients. Wine from all over Italy features on the wine list, and the homemade desserts include irresistable profiteroles.

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
