To be honest, my involtini was delicious, but my partner's spaghetti vongole had teensy clams, some of which were empty, which was disappointing. As was the 12.5% service charge, for which you get no bread or water, the only West End restaurant I've come across that does this. However, what naffed me off, was being given the pre-theatre menu (great,... More

I visited here based on TA reviews and close proximity to Palace Theatre for Harry Potter. There is a pre theatre menu but we opted for the full menu. The portion sizes are very generous and there are many options on the menu. Service good

The visual appeal of the restaurant is limited but this is an efficient operation. The staff are competent and friendly. The pre theatre menu is varied enough to give a decent selection of options and all the dishes chosen attracted positive comments from the party. Combine all of this with a modest pricing structure and as an option for dining... More

Excellent lunch meal with stunning flavours. Today 2 course lunch for £11.45 was fantastic - not like those restaurants who cheat the lunchers with inferior food. Totally recommend this place.

Sartori never disappoints. I have been there 3 times but still haven't got a chance to try the pizza. I have had pasta, which is pretty good (juicy), appetizers are okay, octopus is very good whereas ham with mozzarella not that much. Meat is an average, sometimes too hard. But you can taste the food, the taste is really good.... More

Sartori is one of my favourite restaurants ever, and definitely the best Italian I've been to. Servers are normally always friendly, relatively speedy, and very attentive. I've never had a bad meal here. There are really good choices for vegetarians, and they offer more unusual dishes than your standard pizza and pasta chain Italian restaurants. Portions, especially for the pizzas,... More

Has to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the West End, I've been a regular for about 3 years now. Really great pizzas and the pasta dishes I've tried are all great. The food is home-style cooking and the portions are very generous. Add to that excellent and very friendly service and you get a lovely experience.

Conveniently located near one of Leicester Sq tube exits, near pub(nice for a drink or two!). Restaurant serves great " home made" type food including an interesting range of pizzas.Good portions and prices reasonable for quality and area. Staff kept busy with orders but I experienced friendly well timed service. Couldn't decide on starter so waiter recommended antipasti which was delicious... More

Good little Italian close to Leicester Square and the theatres. Very busy - so booking at peak times is recommended. I had Penne Siciiana which was very nice (just a bit too much penne for me). My friend had Calzonpizza which was as expected - the calzone part was less than a quarter. But the food was tasty. The bottle... More

Excellent Italian restaurant close to Leicester Square. Excellent service, good authentic italian food. Prices very reasonable - £63 for 2 courses, bottle of wine and a tip.
