Overpriced flavourless just hot Indian food. The staff was inattentive staff, although not busy left us standing for a while. That was the point when I should have left the place againSame when we were finally seated. It took forever to get the menu and then order. Even other diners noticed that we always had to attract the attention of staff.... More

I have been to this place many times before and it is always a great experience to come here for either lunch or dinner. We had lunch here with my office colleagues last week and we all enjoyed the food and service at this place. A must visit for all the veg and non-veg eaters. I will surely visit this... More

Best Indian food ever had in London !!!! Great food and service. Everyone look after us very well. Excellent Indian food at a very reasonable price. Biryani is very tasty and authentic and specially butter chicken feels like having back home. Very pleased to visit and must recommend to everyone.

Loved the atmosphere, the service, and above all the food! Many of the items on the menu were different from what we see at Indian restaurants in the US, but the crew was helpful and recommended some wonderful stuff. A delightful evening!

We always go to Masala Zone when visiting London, and have one of the amazing Thalis. Can't recommend this place enough. Excellent food at affordable prices, and always a friendly staff. Just go!

A nice place in Soho where you can eat tasty, fresh and healthy indian food for good value. Fast service, nice&friendly staff. I highly recommend this place… it's for sure as good as other places where you have to wait for 1hour to get a table!!! Be sure to taste the thali with a mango lassi

Having visited the Covent Garden branch, we thought we'd try out the Soho restaurant. Different ambience but still great atmosphere! What is also great is how attentive the staff are-explaining the different curries, spices etc. Food again is lovely-my only minor criticism (and probably purely down to personal preference) is I found the chicken to be a bit grisly. Won't... More

We visited Masala Zone only because the queue at Dishoom (at Carnaby) was very long. Despite our previous experience here, we decided to let them disappoint us once again - it was cold and we were hungry. The Masala Zone experience was as expected - sloppy staff, watery food and merciless prices. Whilst paying a bill of some 72 GBP,... More

We've been very lucky on a Tuesday evening as we've just discovered this very nice indian restaurant. Super friendly staff with good knowledge about the offered food. As we were there with children it was possible to order plates that could be shared by everybody without any problems. We've loved the Butter Chicken and the nan-bread, that was very nice.... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
