discovered this place quite by chance as it is quite unassuming from outside, however once inside its a glitzy dining area reminiscent of the east at the turn of the 19th century, ornate surroundings ,great design, great service and food to die for, and the...More

A weekday lunch. The set menu is £8.50 for a starter (a true appetiser, i.e. small!) and main. Starters included dim sum (really?!?), satay, spring rolls, tom yum, and squid. All cooked well but not inspiring. Maine were pad thai, curries etc., all bog standard...More

We went for a quick Thai lunch and were very happy with the experience. The service was good, staff friendly, and above all the food was excellent. Great location but limited parking. Large restaurant but very quiet for lunch. Clean with impressive decor. Must try...More

When you ordered a certain kind of food, you would expect to get what you wanted to have. This restaurant is supposed to be a thai restaurant but the food was way far from what thai food is supposed to be. It was really bland...More

Very quiet midweek but nicely decorated restaurant. Squid starter was OK - but I wouldn't recommend the wasabi mayonnaise that came with it. I've also had better Penang curries - flavourless and oily. The low-point was the sticky rice which was undercooked and almost inedible....More

This is a brilliant find! Once you go once you will definitely return! Food is very fresh and tastes amazing. The restaurant itself is decorated very well but was quieter than expected for a saturday night!! Highly recommended!!

Wow - very nice restaurant. Slightly strange decor for a Thai, but everythig else was awesome - great service, fantastic food - bit of a hidden gem - as it was almost empty .. and not too expensive at that!!!. Hard to fault

Description
Set on busy King Street between Chiswick and Hammersmith, Charm combines restaurant and lounge bar with real style. Its red glowing neon signage and glossy black painted exterior has the look of an upmarket West End restaurant while inside youll be greeted by a decadent, almost over the top glamour. Large crystal chandeliers light the room while regal furniture combines red and black velvets with gold studding and elegant place settings. Based on the essentials of Thai cuisine, Charms menu is Oriental with a twist. While favourites such as pad Thai can be found, also on offer are elegantly contemporary dishes which show imagination and an understanding of flavours which many lesser chefs would envy.
