We asked friends for a review on an Indian restaurant in Brick Lane. All said Cinnamon. We were travelling from Norwich 120 miles away (a Birthday treat to London). The Indian food here is up there with the best. Also clean toilets......

Visiting from California and were taken here by a local friend. We were delighted with the variety and flavors. Vindaloo, Curry, Tikki Masala, and much more were all served to our great pleasure!

I've been there with 15 other colleagues. We had our drinks with us ( they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own drink) At the end, some of us were quite drunk and they took advantage of the situation and charged us extra £50 !!! The receipt was handwritten, very messy and had 2 corrections ( scratched and... More

A small restaurant but very busy. We had booked, but would have got a table if we'd just turned up. Really enjoyed the food, although towards the end of my son in law's dish, the chicken looked a bit on the pink side. However, we felt it was a good experience, although we had to wait a bit for the... More

We got two lattes and two mochas. Service was fast and pleasant and the Muffins were great. There are other coffee spots near by but this was a good choice

We went here for a change today, having been going to the Aladin for some years. The papadoms were fresh, as was the the onion salad in the pickle that went with it - you could tell that the coriander was very freshly chopped. Big plus in my book. The meal came up fairly quickly - we hadn't even finished... More

The food was good and the service OK, though a bit too patronising OK. What really spoilt the evening was finding that they had deliberately added 10 pound to the bill. We were pretty tired as we had travelled a long way that day and didn't realise until we got home. We had checked the addition at the hotel but... More

It wasn't the worst curry I've ever had but it was by no means the best either. The service wasn't great as it was a packed (Thursday night) which I would have taken to imply that the restaurant was going to be great, but I think this one is a trip advisor trap. It has high ratings on here so... More

My relatives were visiting from Australia and so we decided to go to Brick Lane for a slice of multicultural London life - what a great choice Cinnamon was to showcase amazing British Asian flavours. I have eaten there many times before so I knew what to expect. The staff were as usual accommodating and attentive, and the food was... More

Around the clock, this is a haven for early morning bargain hunters sizing up its street markets, foodie foragers throughout the day, or late night revelers hitting some of London's most popular bars and clubs.
