Visited last night by chance. Excellent Chicken Tikka Dansak. Everything cooked to perfection with great service.
My friends and I were served rather bland and generic "Indian" food at the Eastern Eye. Half way through our meal one of us had the misfortune to find she was eating a hair. An 8 inch long dark hair. Horrible. The waiter who dealt...More

This place had the “Best Indian Food on Brick lane 2018” banner across the front of the restaurant. It was packed on a Friday night. The food was lacklustre. My partner found her salad was past its sell by date. A rotten tomato slice was...More

They con u into ordering papad and bill u for accompaniments like chutney u dont order. When questioned about anything instead of dealing with it calmly then speak rudely. The place us super cramped, food was not great, terrible over all.
Had the Jalfrezi, Vindaloo, and Saag Paneer. Paneer was fantastic! Service was good. Enjoyed sitting by the window. Overall it just didn't nail it for me. I'm not sure why.
