As their website states, Wagamama's offers fresh Japanese inspired food in a friendly, vibrant setting. Craving Asian food while visiting London, my girls and I decided to try Wagamama's off Clink Street for dinner. Not familiar with the area, we got turned around a little but found the restaurant with the help of a friendly person. Although the restaurant was... More

Good food, very good service and nice location. Definitely a place to go to again. Prices are reasonable and not too high. Whole family was happy, perfect evening.

Spacious restaurant, tasty food and quick service but not rushed. Ingredients in dishes can be swapped. The banana katsu dessert is very tasty.

Between the Globe and London Bridge this restaurant is a well managed, value-providing machine. The food is excellent, but --- if you are a business process wonk--- you cannot help but be impressed by the organization. We enjoyed our meal, and kept at least one day's promise to "eat healthy".

Really enjoyed my first Wagamama experience. Great choice and nicely set out menu explains what each dish is. There were loads I'd have happily gone for. Great service from Marion and a lively but relaxed atmosphere.

I did visit this Wagamama along with good friends and their toddler. I must admit immediately that the staff didn't look very concern with the young kid but not very "kids friendly" at all. This costed one star! Still about the staff, I experienced a 50-50 ratio on friendliness since there were very friendly, nice and always polite employees (I... More

Wagamama is definitely one of my favourite fast foods in London: tasty, somewhat healthy, creative, and cheap. The one in Clink street is located right on the riverside walk at South Bank, a very nice area. The staff is nice, and the food is really good. Definitely recommend it!

Went for this Wagamama in the end of May, the food was good but not amazing, the music was a bit too loud. Just a typical wagamama, nothing special about it.

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
