This place oozes effortless class. Sited in an imaginatively converted Victorian girls' school, the restaurant is simply stunning. Super comfortable leather seating is complemented by high arches, bare brick and stylish waiting staff. The welcome is warm and genuine; waiters are superbly trained. They keep...More

We feared that in the week before Xmas our intimate dinner would be submerged beneath revellers from the banks that surround (and dwarf) this beautiful building, so cleverly converted - but we needn't have worried. Galvin La Chapelle get their seating right, and despite being...More

Dressing code is very relaxed. Casual smart was how I did it. When I dined there, there were people with jeans & polo all the way to suit and night dresses. So I guess it's more on your occasion rather than the restaurant.
