e stopped here one evening after a long day of sight seeing. Loved this pub. Good menu, good prices. We sat outside . It was close to where we stayed and we would go back if we are in London again since we would stay in this area again.

Cool place for a few drinks and a bite to eat! We had the selection of tapas, which was lovely! We particularly enjoyed the trains going over our heads and shaking the pub! Nice friendly staff too and the service was quick!

Came here for breakfast yesterday having spent the night in the Travelodge next door. Much better value and more options than theirs. Fresh orange juice and decent cup of coffee. I had a traditional breakfast (£3.79)which was more than i could manage whilst my partner thoroughly enjoyed his full english breafast (£5.29) which was twice the size!!

I went to this pub to have lunch with a friend and we really liked the inside. On top of it you have the choice for the food and it was pretty good.

Our second visit to this pub for lunch, and we were not disappointed. Great food at a reasonable price. The pub is situated under a railway bridge and has bags of character. Have a visit if you get to the East End....loads to see in the area and plenty of character.

Very good selection of Beers and Ales, overall the burgers we order were ok. Staff friendliness was ok and the place is great under the train railways. It just lacks that something to be outstanding.

With so much competition nearby The Minories really needs to up its game. Some of our food had to be returned as it was inedible, the place felt grubby and the toilets were in desperate need of attention. We won't be rushing back.

Work pretty close to this place, been in once before a few years ago. A typical tourist trap, nothing particularly unique about it other than the location (under the arches). Better pubs are a short walk away, £21 for 4 pints - ludicrous prices even for the city.

Thank Josh H

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighborhood Profile
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
