Excellent traditional pizza at a very reasonable price, I've paid much more for a lesser quality pizza in Kent. Therefore, for London, Pellone rates highly in our opinion. My wife is italian so we as a family appreciate a cucina vibe and Pellone hits the spot in terms of quality ingredients and taste. We have been before and will return soon!! Grazie mille

I arrived in the neighborhood almost midnight, hungry.
In the hope of finding something acceptable in the midst of all those dubious hygiene premises. Everything's closed.
I see this pizzeria and approach it, aware of entering yet another place that writes Italia but sells smoke.
I enter and hear Italian speaking. Already positive.
The confirmation comes with a delicious pizza, cured and worthy of the name.
Also polite the Sicilian waiter who makes the owner look good.
I strongly recommend trying this pizza.

I visited Pizzeria Pellone whilst staying at the Premier Inn up the road with my 7 year old daughter. We were made to feel very welcome by the waiter and had a couple of fantastic pizzas. My daughter had the kids Margherita with extra pepperoni topping - she enjoyed it so much she insisted on going again the following evening! Nice relaxing atmosphere, a wide range of different pizza toppings and a nice selection of craft beers from Italy. Would definitely recommend!

Staff rude, not helpful and no customer service at all. They informed me that the waiting time was 10 min but then I waited more than 50 minutes and they were serving new pizza at guests came after me. I left without having dinner. I wont return.

Quality pizza looked after me and my family even went all out and made bunny/mouse shaped pizzas for them. Staff were Italian so had great knowledge on Napoli beers etc. finished off with a few limoncellos. If you’re staying in the premier inn down the road or just a local go and get ya tea there it’s sound.

Sat at 7:30pm as per book been litterlaly chucked out from table at 9pm after being told we had 5mns to order and eat dessert! We had to leave at 9am! Staff kept claiming that it’s advised on the website but they couldn’t find evidence of what they were stating! Simply disgusting being kicked out after requesting more pizza and wanted to spend more! As Neapolitan I feel ashamed! Never going back there! Never had such a treatment anywhere in London!

Few days ago my partner and I visited this nice and cosy pizzeria and we just loved it. The pizza was delicious almost to the point of licking the plate 😄 We also had crema caffè which was to die for if you like coffee 😄. Flo was absolutely amazing, attentive and smiling the whole time, very very helpful. Recommend it.

This is the case for this tiny Pizzeria ( only few tables but the main business seems to be take away) in Lavander Hill. In the last year SW has been floaded with new pizza places...some good while others just overrated.
This is not the case...Pellone is one of the best pizza I ve tried in the last 2 years. The quality of tomatos was excellent, the dough light and not greasy, the mozzarella just melted in your mouth and the basil was fresh....)
Very friendly staff too.

Popped in for lunch. Sat on the small terrace and had a deliciously large and well topped veggie pizza followed by a equally tasty tiramasu!
Nice friendly young man serving and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was with a friend but thought I d come back with my two teenagers.

I ordered their pizza during quarantine and it was phenomenal. I got the Pesto Di Pistacchio E Mortadella and it completely surpassed my expectations. The pistachio nuts used in the pesto browned a bit and developed a deep rich flavor near the edges of the crust which was amazing. I also got a tiramisu which was absolutely perfect. I obviously can't speak to the interior of the restaurant since nothing is open due to the virus, but I am so happy that I got to support this fantastic restaurant! I will be ordering again :).

Stayed at a nearby hotel, saw the reviews and had to give it a go - absolutely amazing! All the positive reviews are true and well deserved. Small, friendly and unpretentious- friendly waitress and were happy to accommodate us with a two year old and a pram. Reasonably priced, lovely fresh well cooked food. We had a couple of the starters as well as pizza mains - the pizzas are really big so unless you have a huge appetite, maybe give the starters a miss. Cannot fault at all and would definitely recommend.

It's a cosy restaurant and the server was really friendly and attentive enough without imposing. The food was absolutely gorgeous, my partner even commenting that it was the best pizza she had ever had! big portions and reasonable prices for London as well. If you are in Clapham looking for somewhere for lunch or dinner, go here.

Without doubt the best pizza in London! Authentic Neapolitan pizza (Forza Napoli Sempre) in the heart of Clapham. The only other pizzeria in the UK that is as good as this is Paesano in Glasgow!
The service is also fantastic, friendly and welcoming

The best thing about my experience in this lovely little restaurant, was the waiter. He was so helpful and well mannered. He's a pleasure to meet.
The restaurant itself is very neat and welcoming. I ordered a pizza and was surprised how big it was! Bigger than a dinner plate with a soft, fluffy base and lots of tomato sauce and yummy toppings.

Went for dinner with colleagues. Very relaxed atmosphere. Was pretty sure it it was going to be good as soon as I spotted the sacks of Caputo by the prep area and I wasn't disappointed. Great service and fantastic pizza, totally authentic.
