Loved the ambience. Can double up for business or family dinners. The food is authentic Indian which will not burn your tongue. Highly recommended.

We thought we would give Masala Zone a try due to its high rating on TripAdvisor. We ordered the starters and once the food arrived (28mins) noticed the portions are very small. Not to worry we decided to bulk up our mains order so that we weren't so dissapointed with the portions. The food was mediocre in taste and we... More

So using my Google guide to find an Indian restaurant in the Bayswater Rd area we came upon Masala Zone. Modern fit out and good service, hello to our waitress from Queensland of all places. Food was good we chose the Thali platter and everything on it was very yummy. Good opportunity to try things you might not normally have,... More

Spacious, airy restaurant with great staff and a menu that's a bit different to your average Indian so don't expect to find all the usual dishes. Very fresh, well prepared, novel and very tasty. Good dessert menu.

We ordered one thali each, and we got a lot of food. My butter chicken was more spicy than I thought.

When you order 4 poppadoms for 4 people you don't really expect to be served 2 poppadoms cut into halves, do you ??? That's what you get at Masala Zone. I think that is really mean and penny pinching. The main courses are very small also. And don't get my husband started on the cost of a small bottle of... More

I last visited the Masala Zone in Bayswater a couple of years ago, and I had good memories of the experience. So on my most recent trip to London I went back. Things were not all that I remembered. The food was okay, but the quality wasn't the same as my previous visit. The servers were very pleasant, but their... More
